Spunkface  Samplers  License  Agreement    By  purchasing  audio  samples  or  downloading  free  audio  samples  from  Spunkface  Samplers  you  expressly  agree  and  accept  this  license  agreement.  Please  make  sure  you  read  the  terms  &  conditions  of  this  license  agreement  carefully.    spunkfacesamplers  com  audio  samples  (sound  files)  are  licensed,  not  sold  to  you  for  use  in  music  productions  only  and  Spunkface  Samplers  reserves  any  other  rights  not  expressly  granted  to  you.  Unlawful  copying,  duplicating,  selling,  lending,  renting,  hiring,  public  performance,  broadcasting,  uploading  or  downloading  to  any  database,  BBS,  news  groups,  servers,  computers  or  otherwise  distributing  of  Spunkface  Samplers  sound  files  is  strictly  forbidden.    The  license  agreement  you  purchase  is  non  transferable.  Any  infringement  of  this  license  will  be  pursued  to  the  fullest  extent  of  international  law.    1.  The  sound  files  included  within  all  of  Spunkface  Samplers  products  are  licensed,  not  sold  to  you  for  use  within  your  music  compositions.    2.  This  license  does  not  authorize  the  use  of  any  Spunkface  Samplers  sound  files  in  the  production  of  sampling  cd’s,  production  music  libraries,  musical  audio  databases  or  any  form  of  downloads.    3.  The  licensor  (Spunkface  Samplers)  will  not  be  held  responsible  if  the  sound  files  do  not  fit  the  particular  purpose  of  the  Licensee  (you).  The  sound  files  are  licensed  ‘as  is’  without  warranties  of  any  kind.  The  licensor  can  not  be  held  responsible  for  any  direct,  indirect  or  consequential  loss  arising  from  the  use  of  any  sound  files  licensed  from  Spunkface  Samplers  in  whatever  form.    4.  Use  of  Spunkface  Samplers  sound  files  in  isolation  such  as  but  not  limited  to,  video  game  soundtracks,  gaming  machines,  toys  (where  they  appear  in  isolation  or  as  sound  effects)  is  not  permitted  without  first  obtaining  a  separate  written  license  (subject  to  availability)  from  the  licensor.    5.  The  licensee  may  use  the  sound  files  in  compositions  such  as,  songs,  albums,  records,  remixes,  commercials,  jingles,  post  productions,  commissioned  pieces,  soundtracks  for  film,  theatre,  musicals  and  live  performances.    6.  You  can  not  trade,  resell,  lend,  copy,  duplicate,  upload  or  download  to  any  database,  BBS  or  servers  any  sound  files  purchased  from  Spunkface  Samplers.  The  licensor  only  licenses  the  sound  files  to  a  single  user.    

7.  The  single  user  license  agreement  you  purchase  is  non  transferable.  This  means  you  can  not  sell  any  sound  files  second  hand.  By  the  same  logic  you  can  not  purchase  any  Spunkface  Samplers  products  second  hand  and  use  it  in  your  music  compositions  or  productions.    8.  By  completing  the  purchase  of  a  Spunkface  Samplers  Download  Pack,  Multi  Pack  or  downloading  free  samples  from  spunkfacesamplers.com  means  acceptance  of  all  the  terms  of  the  User  License  Agreement..    Spunkface  Samplers  License  Agreement  www.spunkfacesamplers.com
