2. Technical Information
We are using a DTMF based technology. This means that the quality of your local phonenetwork has an influence on the quality of our system. This is something totally out of
our power.
You as a scout can minimize the risk by using a phone provider which is not very
common in your country. Therefore you should avoid using low cost phone providers.
This will cause you problems for sure.
There might be some problems with the recognition of your goal entries. This is very
critical when it comes to any goal entries. In these cases you should immediately press
bet stop and inform supervisor (by pressing *) about the goal.
2.1. Slow Button
Entries with single digits like attacks, penalty shootout and player in are getting
recognized very slowly. This is because system is waiting if there is a second entry for

anywhere on the court by an opposing team player, official or spectator. It is also
awarded when the referees interrupted a legitimate scoring chance for any reason. The
thrower steps with one foot behind the 7-meter line with only the defending goalkeeper
between him and the goal. The goalkeeper must keep a distance of three meters which
is marked by a short tick on the floor. All other players must remain behind the free-
throw line until execution. The thrower must await the whistle blow of the referee. A 7-
meter throw is the equivalent to a penalty kick in association football, it is, however, far
more common and typically occurs several times in a single game.
