particular,SouthDakotastandstogainfromincreasedbusinessties,astheCTPAwillcreatejobsat

homethroughincreasedexportmarketaccessforbothgoodsandservices,reducedpricesfor

manufacturers,andanimprovedinvestmentenvironment.
