Answer?1. Sumber HukumMateriil: bahan-bahan/materi yang membentuk atau melahirkan kaidah atau norma yang mempunyai kekuatan mengikat; dan menjadi acuan bagi terjadinya sebuah perbuatan hukum.

Formal: menentukan prosedur pembuatan hukum (siapa, bagaimana), dan bagaimana hukum materiil ditegakkan.
