Twitter Tips
Social currency is like a good joke. When a bunch of friends sit around and tell jokes, what are they really doing? Sharing something they think others will like. And what are most of us doing when we listen to a joke? Trying to memorize it so that we can share it with someone else.
The joke itself is social currency.
We hear it. We like it. We want to share it.
What is Social Currency?
Data? Statistics in your farming area.
Expertise? How to buy REO properties.

Industry info? Interest rate changes.

Build an Agent BrochureAs a technology savvy agent, I am a member of several Social Media sites. I taketoday’s technology very seriously as more and more people are using it.
I have learned to use these sites as a powerful business tool that gets exposure to hundreds of people directly, and thousands of people indirectly.
One of the Social Media sites I use is Facebook. Facebook has over 200 millionpeople on the site worldwide. For this reason, we can’t ignore it. I use mypresence on the Social Media sites to enhance and strengthen all the othermarketing activities I do.
For instance on Facebook, I post your listing to the site, I then create a Photo Album andtitle the Album as your property address. Once I upload the photos of your home, aninterested buyer can click to print a brochure right from the site! Search Engines love Social Media sites and make it more likely for someone to find your home on the web.
In addition, if you have a Social Media profile, I would like to join your Network of friends and have youjoin mine. Then you can follow my marketing activities for your home and others online.
REAL ESTATE IS LOCAL…… BUYERS ARE WORLDWIDE !
