Terms of Franchisee
1. SFS will have right to stop use of site if it is used for
illegal purposes. 2. Franchisee will be responsible for the misuse of site for
illegal purposes.
3. No tobacco product will be sold from site.
4. The contract will be for 3 years subject to annual review.
The review will be conducted on the 12th
month after firstpayment is made.
5. First year the franchisee will have to pay Rs. 15000/- ;Second year : Rs.8000/- Third Year Rs. 7000/-. Fourth YearRs.6000/- Fifth year Rs.5000/-.
6. The payment should be made in one installment failing
which immediate discontinuation of service will happen. 7. The payment will be done in advance by bank draft in
favour of SFS.

1. Franchisee will intimate in written before starting any newservice. SFS has right to allow or disallow the service.
2. Franchisee can discontinue the contract by giving one
months notice. No amount will be refunded by SFS. 3. Franchisee will be bound to display the products sent by
SFS and follow the directions from time to time.
4. Franchisee will be bound to display the rates fixed by SFSfor providing the services.
5.
SFS has the right to discontinue the agreement if it comesto notice that franchisee has gone against the terms andconditions and Franchisee will disown the right to use thename and logo of SFS.
6. If Franchisees agreement is discontinued then it will berenewed only by paying Rs.15,000/- as penalty fee.
7. If franchisee wants to sell his franchise than he mustintimate SFS in writing one months notice.

1. SFS will provide regular training and updates which franchisee shouldattend that day. If he does not attend training then special fee of Rs.1000/- willbe charged for providing training and it will be discretion of SFS to provide thetraining or not.
2.
Franchisee must keep all the records of transactions and these will beproperty of SFS.
3. SFS will have right to inspect the records of Franchisee at any time andtake custody of those records.
4. Franchisee must keep all the records updated from time to time asinstructed by SFS.
5. All the communication via emails will be treated as formal communication.
6.
Franchisee must behave in descent and polite manner with public. Anymisbehavior reported could lead to discounting of the agreement by SFS.
7. The computers and other hardware will remain property of franchisee.However SFS will have right towards the display board.

1. SFS will assist in providing linkages with businesses and initiating new schemes.
2. The financial year will be from 1st April to 31st March.
3. Any changes made by Franchisee in the site must be intimated by giving 10 daysprior notice.
4. Franchisee must ensure that the name of SFS is not misused in any manner.
5. Any representation to the media on behalf of SFS or as franchisee of SFS shouldbe made before intimating SFS Office.
6. Franchisee shall not use the site as media for propagation of any anti nationalagenda.
7. Any upgradation, repair, refill of the hardware will be done by franchisee.
8. Franchisee will be bound to undertake social and promotional activities asdirected by SFS. He can undertake additional promotion at his own cost but heshould intimate in advance.
9. Franchisee will provide his services irrespective of caste, race, creed, politicalorientation, religion, sex to the public.
10. Franchisee will have to pay the monthly bill of internet and all otherexpenses. SFS will not be liable to pay any bill of the franchisee.
