The site is located in the Settlements around Kebele 38 , Woreda 04, Lideta Sub-City 800m far to the north of the EiABC campus to the northarea in the heart of Addis Ababa ,Ethiopia (area for implementation of SICU.)The area is mostly surrounded by informal settlements and there is common neghblourhood shared courtyard where childrens play,cars parks and social activities taken place.

The roof of the building have an overhang of 2meter to protect the ground floor wall from attack by rain.Whcih later could be used as ashading for the balcony.

The foundation is made of concrete prefab elements with a size of 45cmx45cmx45cm with a hole for insertion of the concrete prefab column.Six foundation are used for the prototype with a grid system of 325cmx325cm.
1. 45cmx45cmx45cm size prefab concrete foundation.2. 20cmx20cmx20cm size prefab concrete foundation for the rainscreen.3. 15cmx15cm cross section prefab concrete column.

Foundation Plan
The ground floor is mainly planed to be open and the user could treat the way he/shewants space to be after the main structure with prefab concrete elements is finished/erected and on the floor plan above it is seen un option for the incremental construction which could be done by the user. The function could be a communal use or other semi publice function.

The first floor construction system is with euclaptus framing as a structure and will be filled with infill materials like mud,cladding with materials like 10cm wide thin wooden tiles,oiled plywood or magnesium board.The space is mainly assumed to be used as a space for private use.

The ground floor structure is with concrete prefab elements and the upper floor with euclaptus framing which later be cladded or filled with other materials.The slab is generated by osb primary beam , Secondary beams from three layers of euclaptus and OSB plus mud fill for leveling and finishing with plywood/osb panels with 4cmx4cm size wooden batten.
