A Community Asset and Legacy for Resource Conservation in San Mateo County

ReCYCLIST Sculpture made from salvaged materials that
comes to life with a voice box and motion (pedaling the bike)
ReBOT and FriendsReBot is made from materials salvaged from
the landfill. He will dance for a quarter inserted in the box he’s standing on.
Resource Conservation Corridor ExhibitInteractive Exhibit featuring images and samples
of renewable and non-renewable natural resources
This exhibit helps the visitor to connect where our every day products come from and the natural resources used to make them.
Spinning tiles with matching pairs of raw materials and finished products
Natural resources depicted are minerals, fossil fuels, trees, crops, and animals. Corresponding product samples include wool mittens, wood toy furniture, steel food can, aluminum soda can,
plastic containers, circuit boards and Smartphone, organic cotton T-shirt, and recycled glass tiles.
