Abstract
There has been a significant amount of incidences reported in workplace bullying among the nursing staff in healthcare. Therefore, this proposal was designed to help educate & support nurses in reporting workplace bullying. It was also created to decrease negative behaviors in the healthcare setting. By meeting with the staff members of Fresenius Medical Center the proposal offers them guidance to handle workplace bullying situations more effectively. Overall, the goal was successful with many of the participants committing to be against workplace bullying in the future.
