Setting up a webconference
Go to MyVillage
Then to the course in which you want set up a webconference
Turn editing on and add an activity.
And chooseWiziq Live Class
Name the session.
Wiz calls them classes
Choose the • Date• Time• Timezone• Length of the class• If you are going to record the class
You can also choose groups and restrict access if necessary
When you are finished saveand return to the course
Students can access the webconfence by clicking on the link
You can also choose groups and restrict access if necessary
When you are finished saveand return to the course
They can then click on Join Class to open the webconference
This is the view the trainer/tutor will see.
They would click on Launch class to open the webconference
You can update the details of a class by clicking on the pencil
