Customer Instance Access


Log in to customer instance

• Enables SAP SuccessFactorsemployees or partners with supportaccess to log into the specified useraccount directly from Provisioning,without using the regular login page.The temporary access can be granted toa specified user accountto investigate and troubleshoot issueswithout compromising the user’sprivacy. The access can be revoked to theuser account at any time

• When Single Sign-On is enabled,secondary login is the recommendedmethod for SAP employees andpartners to access a customer instance.It is not necessary to enable PartialOrganization SSO or request loginaccess through the customer’s SSOportal
