Each Class we conduct is based upon at least one of these Nine Dimensions of Wellness
Y Emotional = Acceptance of feelings and the ability to manage them in healthy ways
$ Financial = Achieving personal economic stability and growth
₪Home & Community Living = Creating a home of your choice in the neighborhood and community you choose
n Intellectual = An ongoing curiosity and learning which enhances your understanding of life

A 9 week class that explores each of the 9 Dimensions of Wellness and supports participants in developing their own personal plan
for Wellness in all of these dimensions

Deacon’s Cottage Going to get clothes so that I can look and feel good from the inside and out
Volunteer at Playland Not at the Beach Learning new skills to enable me to prepare my resume that assist me on being marketable for job seeking.
