diversified and balanced background in corporate and project management, business development strategies, construction,
architecture and engineering primarily from the United States and the last four years in the Middle Eastern Region.
His experience spans 25 years working on complex institutional, educational, commercial, entertainment, hospitality and luxury
estates projects with budgets up to $9 Billion. During his career, he held high level managerial positions on a Principal in
charge, Chief Officer, Director and Senior Associate levels for large high profile construction, A/E consulting firms in the United
States and the Middle East.

For this mega and historic educational project, Mr. Sabbagh was the Project Director for a Saudi Bin Laden group sub-subsidiary
direct the construction of the single student housing buildings scope and other structures with a staff and crew of approximately
6,000 members. The scope included all trades including interiors. The scope was 2 Billion SAR and the project total budget is 60
Billion Saudi Riyals.

As a ,major role out for the establishment of strategic
governmental support facilities throughout the Saudi Kingdom, Mr.

managing A/E staff and engineers and a labor force of 2,600.

The problem of overcrowded schools in Southern California was
present with the challenges faced with the design of this
school in trying to replace old dis-functional facilities with
newer structures while school is in session. All buildings on
campus were replaced with newer structures with designs
that are timeless. In addition, a new 550 seat amphitheatre
was added.

The project was design by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners in the 1989 in collaboration with LHA Architects as executive architects. It is
composed of six separate structures that are interconnected with bridges and walkways and surround a central courtyard. The
complex is intended to house the prestigious Anderson Graduate school of management.

Southern Regional Library – Phase II

Completion Date: 1994
This building is the south portion of a complete library
compound at the University of California, Los Angeles. It is
intended to house older and rarely used books as well as other
sensitive archived material that requires very controlled
environment. The building contains storage wings that are 25-
45 feet below ground. It is designed to reduce impact on the
residential surroundings by berming most of the exterior walls
and providing a park-like landscaping all around. Mr. Sabbagh
was the job captain while working with LHA Architects for
phase II expansion to the library in 1991.

Saraya Aqaba Project is a $1.5 Billion mega mixed use resort development located on the
coastline of the Gulf of Aqaba. Developed on a total area of 634,000 SM, the project is
composed of six hotels, a water park and beach club, an old city with mixed used areas such
as restaurants, a conference center, retail, offices and residential apartments, all bounded by a
large variety of villas and residences of different design types. The resort surrounds a
manmade lagoon which creates an additional beachfront of 1.5km for the development. Mr.
Sabbagh is an executive managing member of a 3-way joint venture among ‘3’ regional
premiere contractors that have been awarded the contract in June 2013.
For the high end boutique hotel that is a part of the project, Mr. Sabbagh directed the design
and construction documents package for the wood shell and enclosure of all the structures in
2009 through his U.S. based firm Sabbagh Design Studios.

Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

A mega entertainment complex on the Las Vegas strip with 24 acres of 3000 room hotel, more than 5.5 million square feet of space, half million
square feet of conference rooms, casino and many fine restaurants. The resort is rated as one of the most successful destinations in Las Vegas.
The project was designed by Bergman, Walls and Youngblood Architects with replicas of the historic architecture of Paris including the Eiffel Tower.
Work performed was with LHA Architects as executive architects for the entire complex to produce the construction documents and construction
administration; Mr. Sabbagh’s role was as a director of project construction documents quality control with a team of 18 consultants.

this 40,000 SF casino, Mr. Sabbagh directed the interior

Discovery Mountain Euro Disney . Paris . France

The Walt Disney Imagineering design team worked on this thriller ride at Paris Euro Disney to be the largest attraction in the
park with over 4,400 square meters of enclosed space where the rider gets into a rocket assembly and will be shot-
up 250 feet in the air. The architecture of this ride is designed to commemorate the Industrial Revolution with the exposed steel framing and flying buttresses. LHA Architects
were the executive architects on this project where Mr. Sabbagh was the Director of Production.

A landmark 3-story office building with subterranean parking design for a
premier marketing and advertising company as their western United
States headquarters. The building was designed by the world famous
architect Frank O. Gehry. Mr. Sabbagh was the project captain of the
binocular entry portion and the interiors work while working with LHA &
Associates whose role was as the executive architects to produce the
construction documents of the shell and the interiors of the building.

The Capitol Records Office Building Systems Upgrade 1750 Vine Street . Hollywood . California

For this historic landmark, the project scope was to replace the entire HVAC systems
of the building and remodel of adjacent office areas. Design work was performed to maintain the historic quality of the
building and complement its interior architectural style.
