ACCESS CONTROL IN MINING USING LONG RANGE RFID TAG

The Z-Tag system from Bioac-cez automatically and remotely identifies any vehicle or person ap-proaching to a receivers equipped access point with RFID. The range of detection is adjustable from 1 meter to several tens of meters. The vehicles and people have to be equipped with a long range active RFID tag set inside the winds-creen of the vehicle or carried in a lanyard for people.

The same active tag, the same size as a credit card (but 3 mm thick) can also be used for opening pedestrian gates.

The Z-Tag is installed in the pas-senger compartment of a vehicle, attached to the windshield.

Using a card holder, you can install the Z-Tag temporary or perma-nent.Identifiers are pre-coded with a sequence code to facilitate the learning or memorization in access control device.

Bioaccez mobility

Bioaccez presents their innovative range of RFID readers and active cards, Swiss-made automatic identification of vehicles and people. This innovative solution offers long distance identification and exceptional features:Identification of moving vehicles, integration in the access control product line and Omnia-Ip-Plus (proximity, keyboards, readers etc ...)

The Bioaccez Readers/Contro-llers could be installed easily and adapt to the conditions of use that requires identification. Whether a facility with a single integrated antenna or multiple identification, Bioaccez has a range of readers to respond the identification needs.

The controller installation requires no electronic adjustment, only the required detection range configu-ration by the software.

They are available in two different types:

1) Z-Gate-controller: for use in standalone mode, with memory of 100 users and relay pulse output.

2) Z-Controller-Ethernet/WiFi: for use in IP network and SecureLoc software, which converts the tra-cing and identification accessible via java/web application.

APPLICATIONS:

The characteristics of the tags and readers Bioaccez allows a large spectrum of applications of identification of vehicles and people in the:

• Open-air warehouses• Mining.• Buildings• Tunnels• Docks ...

SYSTEM COMPONENTS:

• Active tags in credit card forrmat• Active tags for asset tracking• Receivers for PC management• Directional antennas

ADVANTAGES

NO INTERFERENCESThe Bioaccez Z-Tags operate at the new certified frequency of 2.4 GHz presenting numerous advantages over 125 KHz or 433.92MHz systems... transmis-sions are faster, and the antennas are cheaper and directional.

INTEGRATIONZ-Controller-RS uses the V-EXT-RS232 for interfacing with access control central Omnia-Ip-Plus. Thus, in a system with active tags can be integrated classic control equipment like wiegand keypads, proximity card readers, finger-print readers etc ... To manage pedestrian doors from the same Transeo-Plus software.

FEATURESThe Bioaccez reader identifies people and vehicles typically up to 25 meters (or 150 m with a special antenna) with a single planar antenna without triggers or sonar.

VERSATILITYThe controller installed on doors, intended for use in access control can also be used as anti-theft detection system when using Z-Domino or Z-Motion tags.

EASY INSTALATION The Bioaccez Z-Tags accommo-date to every type of vehicle and install quickly. Controllers can stay in boxes and out only the antenna.
