Step 1- Select Submit Facilities Request
Step 2: Utilizing the drop down menu, select the Location (Calhoun Lofts) of the request
Step 3: Utilizing the drop down menu, select the Building (Calhoun Lofts East)
Step 4: Utilizing the drop down menu, select the Room (001. Lobby)
Step 5: Enter the First Name of the requestor (Jamie)
Step 6: Enter the Last Name of the requestor (Smith)
Step 7: Enter the requestor’s Peoplesoft number (1425475)
Step 8: Enter the requestor’s Phone number, this will be used to contact the customer if more information is requested
Step 9: Enter the requestor’s E-mail, this will be utilized to send an e-mail confirmation to the customer.
Step 10: At the Type of Request list, select the applicable type of issue to report
Step 11: Enter a detailed description in the Detailed Request field
Step 12: Select the Submit Ticket button to complete the work request
