LIMITATION OF STUDY
An in-depth study was not possible because
the time limit was the main constraint.
Since Kerala Kaumudi (P) Ltd, is a private
sector company, access to some important
information was restricted. This made some
difficulties during the time of analysis.
There is no time for employees to interact
with me.

Testing of Hypothesis
The existing working conditions in the Kerala Kaumudinews paper industry are not favourable to improve the
quality of life of the employees.
The test result shows that the existing working conditionsin the Kerala Kaumudi news paper industry are favourableto improve the quality of life of the employees. It reveals
that majority of the employees have the opinion that thequality of life of the employees in Kerala Kaumudi Pvt.Ltdis good or above average. Therefore, the hypothesis thatthe existing working conditions in the Kerala Kaumudi
news paper industry are not favourable to improve thequality of life of the employeesmay be rejected.

2 The training and development programmes of KeralaKaumudi Pvt.Ltd are effective to improve the work life ofemployees.
The Karl Pearsons Coefficient of Correlation disclose thatthere are proper correlation between the variables to improvethe work life of employees in Kerala Kaumudi Pvt.Ltd. Most ofthe employees believe that the training and developmentprogrammes of Kerala Kaumudi Pvt.Ltd are effective toimprove the work life of employees.
