Gary Smith, BSc (Hons) Management & Leadership
After graduating in 2011, I gained an Internship with the Randox Food Diagnostics Marketing team. The internship gave me a great insight into all aspects of Marketing including events, advertising, market research and online marketing. The experience I gained from the Internship was invaluable and following the 6 month program, I was offered a permanent position as a Marketing Executive. In my current role I am involved in both the strategic and creative processes of Randox Food Diagnostics Marketing.
Roisin Laverty, BS (Hons) Drama with Advertising
Randox’s Graduate Program has given me the opportunity to utilise my skills and to employ them into different departments of the company due to the rotational nature of the program. I have been able to expand my skillset and gain valuable business experience. Rotating through the departments has allowed me to bring knowledge and skills gained to the next rotation, which is advantageous in a global company such as Randox.
I started with Randox in 2012 working with the RX team selling clinical chemistry analysers. Working for a global market leader, my role involves travelling throughout the world, working with great people and selling the highest quality products. As the company continues to grow due to high demand for our products, the career progression is excellent. In the near future I am relocating from Northern Ireland to the USA to manage the American sales team and increase business in new areas.
At Randox we are offering exciting opportunities for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to obtain a 50 week placement with an innovative and rapidly growing company. Randox placements provide students with the experience needed to pursue a career in their chosen field.
