rDesk Website Sell My Home
Sell My Home is a valuable feature of rDesk Website offering you the ability to enter showing
information, advertisement activity and monitor all activity associated to an active listing. At the
same time, it allows your client to easily view the status and progress of their property simply by
logging into your website.

Sell My Home for the Agent
1) Login to Admin
2) Click Customer / Clients
3) Click Clients

4) To set-up Sell My Home for your client,
a. Search and select your client in the Client List
b. The Client Summary Information window will display, scroll down to find the
Sell My Home Properties section
c. Click Add
d. The Add a Seller Listing for (client name) overlay will display
i. Select a Listing Source from the dropdown list
ii. Enter Listing (MLS ID) Number and a Short Listing Description
iii. Check boxes for display and email information
iv. Click Submit
v. If you select Search for listing on public site, you will be directed to the
Listing Search page for your company where you can find the MLS
number if needed
Note: The client must be active and the active listing entered, must be either listed or co-listed by you the
agent to successfully submit a Sell My Home Property.
e. You can add additional Sell My Home Properties by selecting the Add button
and repeating the steps above, if your seller has multiple properties for sale.

5) Once you have set-up your client with Sell My Home,
a. Search and select your client in the Client List
i. You will notice a new ‘Sell My Home’ icon showing
b. Click the Sell My Home icon/button in the Sell My Home column
The Sell My Home Summary page contains;
6) Web Site Activity Information from rDesk Website compiled from all of the rDesk
Websites within your company
a. Showings – will tell you the number of times a showing appointment has been
created for this property
b. Views – how many times the property detail page has been viewed
c. Appearances – The number of times the property has been returned in a search
results
d. Saves – How many times the property has been ‘saved’ by another customer or
client
e. Buyers – The number of saved searches where this property matches the
search criteria
7) Property information from the MLS
8) Market Statistics from rDesk Website compiled from all of the rDesk Websites within
your company
9) Showings & Feedback from the ‘List of Showings’ information you have entered.
a. To the right, click Add New to add any open house date and time or Showing
date and times.
10) Marketing Activity from the Marketing Activities and Open/Appointment, Ads and
information you have entered.
a. To the right, click Add New to add marketing activity information. (see below)

11) Additional navigation is found in the top right corner, ‘Sell My Home Preferences’ and,
next to Showings & Feedback and Marketing Activities.
a. Click Sell My Home Preferences to select email preference for yourself and
your client
i. The default frequency will be set to Weekly, but you can change it to Daily
or Monthly
ii. You can also add up to 8 additional email addresses to cc on the email
b. You can select to display the Showing Agent and Showing Office via the
respective checkboxes (shown above). If you do not select these, the showing
agent and/or office, will remain anonymous to your seller.
c. The Edit or Approve Feedback Before Publishing Comments checkbox will
hide comments from showing agents until you specifically approve them to be
displayed for your seller.
d. To the right of Showings & Feedback, click ‘Add New’ to enter showing and
open house date and times

e. To the right of Marketing Activities, click Add New to enter activity date and
comments
Weekly Update Email
A new weekly email can be automatically sent from Sell My Home to your clients. The email will
be sent on Monday mornings. The exact time may vary depending on the number of emails
being delivered. The email includes information from the previous week regarding their property.
Any marketing activity and showings information including feedback entered during the previous
week will be included in the email. If there haven’t been any showings or marketing activity
added in the previous week, these sections will simply not appear in the email.
Activity charts with daily intervals are available in the Weekly or Monthly emails. The data in the
charts are for the date range indicated at the top of the email. These charts are available as a

token and are not editable. Companies using a custom email can edit the auto emails to include
them through the administrative page.

Sell My Home for the Client
1) When your client logins into your website, they will see on their Customer Dashboard a
section named Sell My Home
2) When your client clicks on the View Sell My Home for your property link or the Sell
My Home icon, the Sell My Home Summary page displays, conveniently showing all
Sell My Home information on one page

a. The client can click on the ‘View Details’ button to go to the property detail page
b. The client can view Market Statistics by setting a date range, then selecting one

Sell My Home “On The Go”
The mobile-friendly version for your client is slightly
different than the full site views above.
1) When a user has a Sell My Home property they’ll see a Sell My Home button on their agents’ mobile website.
2) This opens the Sell My Home Mobile Summary page with listing information and activity on their property.
3) A link to Showing/Feedback can be found at the bottom of the page. Very similar to the full site Sell My home, showing times and feedback will be displayed here.

4) The View My Property will open the mobile details page for that property. Users that
have more than one Sell My Home property will only see the property that was most
recently entered added to Sell My Home.
