Our Caddie Co-Chairmen, Tom Nelson and Derek Salema, are familiar faces to most of you. They will be in the Caddie Tent daily to take care of caddie bibs, towels, etc. The shower trailer will be located behind the caddie tent. A shower “care” package is available upon request.
Breakfast and lunch buffets as well as afternoon snacks will be provided daily in the Caddie Tent. We will also offer grilled hamburgers, hot dogs & chicken outside on the patio.
The tradition continues with the Caddie Dinner on Tuesday, May 1 at Longhorn Steakhouse in Pineville. See additional details in the Caddie Handbook.

Caddie Dinner
We are hosting the annual Caddie Dinner in conjunction with Longhorn Steakhouse, Comfort Suites and Holiday Inn Express. We hope you will join us – details are as follows:

Caddie Headquarters (Tour ID Required)
The Caddie Tent will be located outside the upper entrance to the Locker Room area. Caddie Registration will be held Monday, April 30 through Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in the Caddie Tent from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please see the Caddie Master, Tom Nelson, or Derek Salema for details. At registration, each Caddie will receive the following:
• Two (2) Weekly Grounds Ticket Booklets
• One (1) free Yardage Book (each Professional will also receive a Yardage Book in his Registration Packet).
Amenities of Caddie Headquarters include:
• Towel distribution/collection at the Driving Range each day at the end of the round along with the caddie bibs
• Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Snacks will be provided daily in the Caddie Tent
• Assorted beverages, fresh fruit and cable television
• The Shower Trailer will be located behind the Caddie Tent (a shower “care” package is available upon request)
Credentials
Your PGA Tour credential will be your tournament credential for the week. If you do not have a current PGA Tour credential, please contact Gwen in the Tournament Office at (704) 554-8029 for assistance. Each caddie will receive two (2) Weekly Grounds Ticket Booklets at registration. Any additional requests for tickets, badges, etc. must be made through the Caddie Master and approved by Kym Hougham, Executive Director.
Evacuation
If inclement weather is apparent, the starters at the 1st and 10th tee will hand out evacuation procedures.
Finance
The Finance Office (704-507-3613) will be located in the Tournament Office, which is located near the Media Center. Finance will be open thirty (30) minutes prior to the first tee time through thirty (30) minutes after the completion of play each day.
First Aid and Medical Services
MED-1, provided by Carolinas Medical Center (CMC), is located in the parking lot between the Clubhouse and Driving Range. The Caddie Master will distribute a complete listing at registration. In case of emergency, please call our dedicated 24-hour Medical Hotline at (800) 262-7268. MED-1 during the 2012

Golf
Caddies may play golf for free (based on space availability) at The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge Golf Course, which is located off I-485 (exit #61). Please call (704) 248-4383 for available tee times. You must identify yourself as a Professional PGA Tour Caddie by showing your PGA Tour official credential in order to obtain a tee time.
Parking
Caddie parking will be in the Clubhouse Parking Lot at Quail Hollow Club. All cars in the Clubhouse Parking Lot will be valet parked each day. Your PGA Tour issued Parking Pass or Photo ID will be required for entrance to Gleneagles Road and the Clubhouse Parking Lot. Access will be denied if you do not have one of the above referenced PGA Tour issued credentials.
Practice Range
The Practice Range is located directly behind the parking lot outside the upper level to the locker room. The Practice Range will be open daily at 6:00 a.m. The bag room is located near the Caddie Staging area in the lower level of the Clubhouse. The bag room will be open daily from 6:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Pro-Ams
There will be a Monday and Wednesday Pro-Am, both to be held at Quail Hollow Club. The Monday Pro-Am on April 30th will consist of 28 teams, one (1) PGA Tour Professional and four (4) amateurs per team. Tee times begin at 11:00 a.m. off the #1 and #10 tees. The Wednesday Pro-Am on May 2nd will consist of 52 teams, one (1) PGA Tour Professional and two (2) amateurs per team. Morning tee times begin at 7:00 a.m. and afternoon tee times begin at 12:00 p.m. off the #1 and #10 tees. The format for both Pro-Ams is one (1) Best Ball Net.
