It is imperative for the youth to be responsible, confident and self-motivated to be able to meet
global challenges. To achieve this objective, highly professional courses have been started at the
integrated campus of Advance Educational Institutions (AEI). The emphasis is upon imparting
quality education to train the professionals who may cater to the fields of Information
Technology, Management, Manufacturing, Product Development, Marketing, Training,
Education, Service, Pharmacy and other allied activities. Teaching methods at AEI rely on direct
personal contact between the teaching faculty members and the students which is an exciting

The AEI campus is situated on the outskirts of Palwal in the hinterland of Haryana spread over 25 acres of land in the lush green environs. The campus is ideally located on NH-2, Delhi-Mathura

Professor Chaudhary is a well known personality and is highly acclaimed in academic circles for his
excellent research work, deep knowledge of Chemistry, good administration and innovative ideas at
National and International levels. After Completing his Ph. D. degree, he joined IIT-BHU in 1973 and
worked there as Lecturer and Reader. In 1989, he joined as Professor of Chemistry at Maharshi
Dayanand University, Rohtak and retired in 2007. Since November 2007, he is guiding and helping
Advanced Educational Institutions in planning, policy making and administration as Director of the
Campus.
Dr. Chaudhary has more than 38 years experience of teaching and research at many reputed
institutes and universities in India and foreign countries. He has visited many countries like Germany,
England, The Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Italy, France, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand,
Hongkong, South Korea etc. in connection with his research and other academic activities. He has
worked on many sponsored research projects and has been working at various important
administrative positions during his academic career. He has supervised 17 students for their Ph. D.
degree and published about 80 research papers in reputed journals of high impact factor. He is also a
reviewer of many national and foreign journals in the field of Electro Chemistry and Corrosion
control. He was honored by M.D. University, Rohtak with “Award of Excellence”, by NACE
International India with “Distinguished” Contribution to Corrosion Control Award” and by
Electrochemical Society of India with “Best Paper Award”. Dr. Chaudhary has been associated with
many professional societies of the world and has delivered more than 60 invited talks in India and
abroad.
With his vast experience and knowledge of educational institutions, he has been instrumental in the
development and growth of the campus of Advanced Educational Institutions by establishing good
traditions and student friendly academic environment which is conducive to both learning and
teaching.

Dr. G.P. Dube had his B.E. (Hons.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jabalpur University in the
year 1964, M. Tech. from IIT Kanpur in 1966 and Ph. D. from IIT Delhi in 1976. He held various
faculty positions at IIT Delhi in Applied Mechanics Department since 1969 and superannuated as a
professor in the year 2005. He has rich and vast experience in teaching, research and development
in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He contributed to the development of various course
curriculums, experimented with different teaching methodologies, supervised several students’ and
consultancy projects and participated in national and international conferences. He has also been
the Director of Lingaya’s Institute of Management and Technology Faridabad. He is the Founder
Principal of Advanced Institute of Technology and Management Palwal since 2006 and has
contributed significantly to the growth of the Institute.

Dr. Ashok Shrivastava, an IITian to the core, is credited with excellent interdisciplinary knowledge
and multidimensional accomplishments. His academic accomplishments include Ph. D.
(Engineering), M. Tech. and M. Sc. All from IIT Kanpur.
He has 40 years of enriched professional experience in academics management, Research &
Development, and Industrial Projects implementation from concept to commissioning.
While working in top management positions as director, CEO, Technical Advisor and Project
Manager, he has proven his administrative acumen, emanation from his rich technical and
management background.
His innovative thinking has contributed immensely in improving academics management, in form
of enhancing teaching systems, both in terms of its quality & content, brand creation, Training,
Placement & Entrepreneurship.
His R & D interests are in the fields of development and micro structural / electrical & mechanical
characterization of glass, glass fibers, fast ion conductors, glass-metal & glass-crystal micro-
composites, optical glass fibers and process enhancement in cement manufacturing, optimization
in mining & hydraulic structures, simulation and mathematical modeling.
In coordination with various foreign collaborators and international project consultants, through
cutting edge technologies and quality improvement, he has executed various industrial projects
to achieve modernization, capacity expansion, diversification and technology up-gradation.

The mission of the department is to enable the students to be fully equipped to face the challenges in
the world armed with expert knowledge and skills which they gain in the department through the
state-of-the-art technology.
The department offers B.Tech. & M. Tech. programmes with a vision to create a centre of excellence
for imparting technical expertise of the highest order and to provide career-focused programme to
produce globally competent professionals. The department faculty is a mix of industrial and
academic expertise. This department deals with the development and applications of electronics in
the field of communication systems, computers, industrial electronics instrumentation, microwaves,
microprocessors etc.
Along with training, various guest lectures and mock campus interviews are conducted from time to
time to facilitate the students and create awareness about different technologies existing in the
market. Industrial visits and practical projects are also encouraged by the department in various
sectors; students are taken out to industries for practical understanding of the technology. Visits are
made frequently to organizations such as Reliance Infocom, Vodafone, BSNL, etc. The department

The Department of Information Technology was established in

The rules of the hostels aim to provide a safe, orderly and caring environment; promote the
development of self – discipline , give individuals the opportunity to achieve academically and
participate extramurally; foster a culture of respect for and acceptance of others. In order for any
community to function effectively and exist in harmony, all members of the community need to
be aware of and abide by the rules governing that community.
A student will report on arrival to the Warden or the authorized official of the hostel to take
possession of the room after signing the inventory of the furniture, electrical and other items in
the room.
Any act of intimidation or violence, willful damage to property or drunken and riotous behavior
constitutes an offence. Use of narcotics, consumption of alcoholic beverages and gambling is
strictly prohibited.
Use of audio equipment in hostels is acceptable only if it is not objectionable to other residents.
It is mandatory and ordinarily sufficient for a resident to inform the Warden about any guest(s)
staying overnight with him, with express provision that they are empowered to deny permission
if the situation so warrants. For guests staying up to five days, prior permission must be obtained
from the warden. For longer periods, permission is to be sought from the Principal.
The Hostel dues shall be paid as per the directives.
At the end of the academic year, a student shall vacate her/his room and hand over the charge of
the room including all items on the inventory to the Warden or an authorized official. Any
student desirous of retaining his room during the vacation must seek prior permission of his
warden.
All admissions are made provisionally and subject to the approval of the concerned authorities.
Tuition, Examination and other fees should be paid on or before the stipulated dates.
Each student is issued an Identity Card with name, photo and signature. He /she is required to
carry the I card in the campus.
The students are expected to use their spare time constructively like making use of the college
library.
Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for students to be eligible to appear for the University
/Board Examinations.
The Management reserves the right to expel any student from the concerned institute on the
grounds of acts of gross misconduct, serious irregularity of attendance, insubordination,
malpractice in examination etc. The decision of the administration authorities in this regard shall
be final.
Ragging is strictly prohibited in the Campus and Hostel Premises as per directive of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court. An anti – ragging committee and squad have been constituted to keep a strict vigil to
ensure adherence to the Court Instructions. Any violation in this regard will attract stringent
punishment including expulsion from the institution. We pay special attention to the maintenance of
discipline and proper decorum in the campus. The students are expected to be courteous to each
other and remain polished in their behavior and character

Ragging is strictly prohibited in the Campus.Students should immediately report any incident of ragging
to the Anti Ragging Committee.
