How did we get here?
• Early 2014: MMRA creates an HPOZ Committee - explore options against mansionization
• March 2015: ICO Neighborhood Conservation Area
• March 2015: MMRA contracts with firm ARG to complete a Historic Resources Survey.
• September 2015: Survey by ARG completed
• 2016: Working group meetings for draft Preservation Plan
