Scottish Rite Temple…• Located on North Charles Street not far from

the city where post prom will be • Gorgeous in person • Perfect place for pictures with red carpet • Good parking and drop off place • Whole building rented out for us • Place for teachers to sit upstairs • Place for photographer to set up inside too • Definitely big enough

The Center Club

Place for pictures outside

The Center Club….

• Located right across from the harbor • Really pretty view • Different from normal proms • Have to take an elevator to get up and down

to the actual Center Club which could cause a clog up when leaving

• Good food apparently• A little bit on the smaller side

The Scottish Rite Temple Pros

• BUILDING is gorgeous• Big enough (but not too big)

– Place for all tables to be set up on sides and still have a dance floor in the middle

• Gorgeous outside for pictures with red carpet and place for photographers outside

• Cool bathrooms • Good location (and parking) • Whole building rented for us • Place for teachers to sit

upstairs

Cons

• Not as good of view as center club

• Not in the city (could be a pro or a con)

The Center Club Pros • VIEW• Different atmosphere than

normal proms

Cons• Have to take an elevator to

get up and down (on like the 17th floor) which could cause a back up especially when leaving

• Small- we could fit everyone but it may be a little tight because we have so many people

• BL Prom here last year • The view may not be as

pretty if the weather is bad

VOTE! I will be sending out a survey monkey so either vote for The Scottish Rite Temple or The Center Club. The big difference is that the Scottish Rite Temple building is gorgeous and the Center Club has a great view. The Scottish Rite Temple is also bigger than the Center Club So vote for whichever one you like better! Feel free to come up to me and ask me any questions you may have or my opinion on anything.
