Project Description

KAE undertook the Electrical and Mechanical design for the major refurbishment and extension of the

Library Building.

Scope of Services

Mechanical services design undertaken by KAE consisted of new Air Conditioning, Heating and

Ventilation systems.

Electrical works included the augmentation of the existing substation and the main switchboard to serve

the proposed library building. Other electrical services provided include lighting, power, communications,

security, lift and fire for the Library Building.
