Concerns & Mitigating Measures1. Delivery of Long lead items :
ALFA LAVAL : Heat Exchangers’ SS904L tubes delayed by more than 2 weeks , Tubes delivery expected by end of week10 (10th March 2013) as confirmed by M/s. ALFA LAVAL (scheduled delivery 14th April 2013)
Mitigation: In this event of delay, ALFA LAVAL air-freighting the Tubes to make-up the
delay ( confirmed by ALFA LAVAL)
2. Delay in Start-up of Construction : Delay of 6-8weeks in start-up of construction of HTDS Facility/building Mitigation:
Introduced strong Bonus Clause in CSA construction Close monitoring of Construction schedule

Every week meeting within Project & Operational Team to discuss status & a
way forward
Defining & tracking the BOQ of services from day1
Use of WH Bay4 space for soil storage to continue with HTDS Construction
Shed & water-cooler for skilled people for civil contract people to have better
working environment in view of approaching summer
Saturday evening meeting with all contractor site in-charges
Involvement of all site maintenance contractors to meet the target
completion & to utilize the knowledge of plant maintenance
