Target for Improved Performance
The deliverables that are going to be tested are the Power Point slides presentations and the Presentation Delivery. The targets for the Improvement Performance are the content in the Table Quality Assurance.
The deliverables are going to be analyzed and compared to the targets, the team members are going to judge whether they have to be improved or not. All the improvements must be corrected right the way.
After the improvements the Project is ready to be deliverable. The team understands that new tests are not necessaries since the project is a small one.
The improvements must be content in the table Quality Control Measurement to be used as lesson learned for next Projects.
