Project scope was to retrofit the unoccupied Maryvale Mall into a data capture center for TRW. Kinetics’ scope included service and repair of existing cooling systems on the roof, fabrication and installation of all duct work, piping and plumbing, installation of a cooling tower, four bathrooms, and HVAC equipment required to control the computer heavy environment.
