Is your goal to get job-ready while doing your HSC? Consider a TVET course. We offer Year 11 and Year 12 students the opportunity to study 60 job-focused courses on campus, while still at school. Visit our TAFE-delivered Vocational Education and Training (TVET) booth.
Is your goal to get promoted, change careers or update skills? Try a short course or higher level qualifications
We offer a range of short courses to help you gain qualifications or refine your skills. We also offer higher level certificate and diploma courses part-time or online to suit your commitments, and can even fast-track your study. Visit our Short courses booth.
Is your goal to study online? With more than 35 courses online, you can choose from short, certificate, diploma and advanced diploma programs. Our online courses do not require you to attend classes or assessment on campus, and you can access learning and support materials and submit assessments using just a computer and an internet connection. We offer a wide range of courses and our international student support service, Sydney Institute TAFE English Centre (SITEC), is on hand to answer questions and discuss your options for 2015. Become an apprentice or trainee.Almost 6,700 apprentices and 800 trainees enrol at Sydney TAFE each year, in areas like civil construction, hairdressing, business administration, electrotechnology and children’s services.
