For more than 75 years, Schmidt-Seeger has been something of a fixed institution in the development, design and production of cleaning and grading machines. Throughout the decades, we have left a significant impact on the technical stan-dard of these systems. Especially when it comes to harvest crop intake systems as well as pre-cleaning and main cleaning systems for cereal grains, maize, oilseeds, legumes, malt, rice, coffee and soybeans a wide range of users are relying on technology made by Schmidt-Seeger.

These machine types, although vastly different from one another, have one important thing in common: Anyone opting for one of the TAS series cleaning and grading machines will get thousandfold proven technology for cleaning cereal grains, oilseeds and legumes and for pro-cessing malting barley, malt and seed grains. And a tried-and-true system with air classification at the infeed end and high-intensity vertical sifting at the outfeed end. Application & characteristics
This new and innovative development is a new addition to the series of high-quality cleaning ma-chine made by Schmidt-Seeger. The seed selector was developed mainly for seed processing. With a screen surface of 6 m2 it can fine-clean seed grain volumes of up to 5 t/h max. The technical advantages of our seed cleaning machine are its user-friendly operation and easy screen exchange. The standard features of our cleaning machines include rugged screen boxes made of stainless steel. The sturdy steel frame for the screens and the rubber ball cleaning systems for the screen plates are another one of Schmidt-Seeger’s tried and true standard features and are also used in the seed selector.

Application & characteristics The investment-friendly models of the SMA series are perfect for all granular crop types. They are particularly suitable for coarse pre-cleaning and for main cleaning at low throughput rates. Ano-ther application is malt cleaning.

Application/characteristics
The Ultratrieur succeeds where screens, air sifters, gravity separators or vibratory tables have reached their limit for certain cleaning or sorting tasks.
