Established in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada in 1999, Lee Specialties employs more than 160 individuals
spanning the gamut of vocations from skilled trades-people to professionals. In 2010, Lee Specialties

Description
The Grease Control Head maintains a grease seal around static (stationary) or dynamic(moving) wireline to prevent the escape of potentially harmful wellbore fluids and gases. A grease seal is achieved by pumping viscous fluid through the space between the inner diameter of grease flow tubes and the outer diameter of wireline. The fluid pumped into a grease control head is controlled by a grease injection system.

AccessoriesDescription
The Packoff section of the Linewiper/Packoff acts as a type of well control by providing a grease assisted, rubber seal around a wireline. This seal helps restrict wellbore fluids and gases beneath it.
The Linewiper section uses a soft rubber seal to strip wellbore fluids from wireline traveling through it. These waste fluids are returned to an appropriate containment system by way of a waste drainage hose.

Description
The Lee Specialties Tool Trap prevents loss of a tool string down hole if wireline is parted with the Cable Head. It is normally installed between the lubricator and the blowout preventer in a pressure control stack. Manual and hydraulically actuated models are available. The hydraulic model allows for operation of the tool from a remote location.

Equipped with Lee Specialties intensifier pumps, live hydraulic swivels, and high-pressure hydraulic manifolds, Lee Specialties grease injections systems are comprised of superior craftsmanship. High profile jobs become routine when you combine our grease injection systems with our pressure control equipment. The engraved stainless steel control panel and purely mechanical design assure trouble-free operation. The self-contained diesel driven system provides a consistent rate of grease regardless of well pressure. This is an advantage over air operated systems, which reduce volume as pressure increases.

Description
The 20 Gallon Hydraulic Accumulator Skid is used to provide a reliable source of hydraulic supply to actuate blowout preventer (BOP) rams at any time.
A diesel engine powers the system hydraulic pump. The pump charges four 5 US gallon accumulator bottles that are connected in series for redundancy and to provide sufficient volume for multiple BOP ram actuation.

Portable Accumulator
Specifications
The Portable Accumulator is used to maintain a constant hydraulic pressure and volume reserve to hydraulically operate various combinations of wireline equipment in remote locations. The portable unit provides centralized controls for hydraulically operated BOPs, the Head Catcher, Tool Trap, and dual Hand Pumps to operate the Stuffing Box and Linewiper functions. The unit is operated by providing pressurized air to an air driven hydraulic pump that will build the hydraulic output pressure proportionate to air input pressure at a ratio of 1:40.
