Element Description Team Charter1. Process: The process in which opportunity exists. Create Military Family online training for life skills, educational advancement, job training, and career
management as well as associated resources. The project utilizes Project Tracking software by CA (Rally) Associates in AGILE methodology.
2. Project Description: Describe the Project’s Purpose and scope. Provide resource libraries for 5 military branches focused on the Military Family including eBooks, Articles, tests, and tutorials including the SATs. Create the IT project to support this effort including systems implementation, content loading, and reporting statistics on scoring, usage, and within appropriate privacy guidelines and coordinating the communication between the different workstreams involve including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.Manage content loading, quarterly updates, website design, any special systems design required, testing on IT and on content, testing on designated platforms, mobile devices, and browsers.
3. Problem Statement: What problem are we attempting to resolve?
There is a new sector. The new customer is the US Military which has a specific need to provide Military Families with training in life skills, educational advancement, and evaluation testing for career placement and management.

Project Vision
• The new LearningExpress DoD MWR eLearning platform will serve the needs of current military members, military families, and military members transitioning out of the service.
• It is being built to directly compete with Peterson’s DoD MWR eLearning platform. Peterson’s currently has DoD contract.
• The library will leverage existing resources and incorporate new resources to meet the demands of the market.
Success Measures
• Land the Contract from the DoD• The project will be complete once all first-
wave pieces of content have been developed, loaded, tested and approved, within scope/schedule.
