With India’s economic growth comes con-struction, and with expanding constructioncomes an increasing demand for securityboundary walls. The boundary walls arerequired as new development sites breakground to provide security, as well as aclear delineation of the site’s property lines.Prior to the commencement of most onsiteconstruction, the boundary wall must be inplace, and the sooner the wall is up, thesooner the project can get underway.Speed of wall production and installation istheir foremost priority resulting in a greatopportunity to showcase one of the key fea -tures of the StoneTree™ System; its unequaledreputation of efficiency for production andinstallation.

In order to meet these requirements,NMSEZ Ltd. searched far and wide for theright boundary wall system to surround theNavi Mumbai SEZ project. After analyzingand comparing companies throughout theworld, NMSEZ sent a group of engineersand procurement personnel to the UnitedStates to compare the quality and effi -ciency of several leading precast fence wallsystem manufacturers. After considerableexamination and review, they chose Aftec’sStoneTree™ Boundary Wall System as theirnumber one choice, above all other options.Initially they started with two ST 815-6Forming Systems to determine if they wouldperform as presented. NMSEZ was sopleased with the performance that within amonth of the first systems being placed inservice, two additional forming systemswere ordered and shipped. The current pro-ject will require approximately 100 Kilo -meters of boundary wall.
