Sermon: Sinking glory shall rise

Texts: Micah 7 verse 8, 2 Kings 20 verses 1- 11, 2 Kings 6 verse 1-7

Songs: My God is able to make a way

We are looking at what is titled my sinking glory shall rise again. Before we

continue we need to ask ourselves this question is there anything too difficult

for God to do? If the answer is yes then you are in a right place today.

In 2 Kings 6 verse 1- 7, one member of the company of the prophets was

using a borrowed axe but only God knows what happened, the Axe head fell

into the water and it sank, the man cried out for it was borrowed, there was

pains of what will I say to the owner, there was pain of how to continue, but

the God that can make the impossibilities possible spoke through his Prophet

to throw a stick into the water and what happened the axe head floated on

the water, what a wonderful God we serve.

Are you here today and good things have fallen off your hand into the ocean

of life or the land have swallowed your destiny, worry not all your fallen

blessings and glories shall rise again.

The Axe head denote, money borrowed for business, it denote a glory that

was once shining, it denote your divine gifts, it denotes good things in your

life that were there before but now are no more, they shall come back to you

in Jesus name. Maybe you are here and have become the laughing stock to

the enemies tell your enemies that the bible says in Micah 7 verse 8 that

they should not rejoice over you that you are rising again. Hear this beloved,

some glories sank at conception, while some at birth, to some it was on the

day of their wedding, while some sank when they join a particular group. The

Lord who brought out the Axe head will bring your sinking glory back to life.

Altar call......... the man was in the company of the sons of prophets, meaning

he was a man of God, for your glory to float again you must be born again,

walk in the way of the Lord and not forsake the assembly of God’s people

PRAYERS

1. My glory buried into the ocean of life come forth in Jesus name

2. My sinking glory arise and locate me by fire in Jesus name

3. My glory shall not be buried forever in Jesus name

4. Powers contesting with my glory fall inside fire and be roasted to

ashes in the name of Jesus

5. I band and paralyse the activities of marine powers over my glory in

the name of Jesus

6. I destroy with the thunder of God all those pressing my glory down

from rising in the name of Jesus

7. Evil and Satanic rod placed upon my star be dashed to pieces in the

name of Jesus

8. My Israelites what are you doing in the land of Egypt come out now

in the name of Jesus

9. Power saying I shall not rise again, you are not my God therefore I

command the judgement of God upon you in the name of Jesus

10. Arrows fired to put me in one spot, release me in the name of Jesus

and go back to your sender in the name of Jesus

11. Father Lord in the mist of my enemies make my glory shine in the

name of Jesus

12. Father Lord, prepare a table before me in the presence of my

enemies in the name of Jesus

13. My buried potentials receive the strength of the eagle and come

forth in the name of Jesus

destiny in captivity in the name of Jesus

15. Light of God locate the where about of my lost destiny in the name of

16. I refused to stop praying till my destiny is fully recovered in the name

of Jesus

Sermon: My enemies shall be brought down

Texts: Psalm 20 verse 1- end, 2 King1 verses 1- end

Songs: I’m tired of the valley

This message is dealing with the enemies, who are planning for your down

fall, and the message is titled, my enemies shall be brought down. In Psalm

20 verse 8, the Bible says they are brought down to their knees and fall. My

prayer for someone that is reading this message is that all those using

charms, witchcraft and diabolic powers against you shall be brought to open

shame and disgrace.

The Bible says some trust in Chariots, some in horses, some in friends, some

in money, some in the nation’s economy but we trust in the name of the Lord

our God. In Daniel 6 verse 1- end, some group of people came together

against Daniel to end his life because he was serving God, but the Lord saved

him and his enemies were fed to the Lions just according to the word of the

Lord in Psalm 63 verse 9-10 “ but those that seek my soul to destroy it, shall

go into the lower parts of the earth, they shall fall by the sword; they shall be

a portion for foxes also in 2 Kings 1 verse1- end, about the King that sent

captain and his fifty to bring down Elijah unknown to them that the man was

the man of fire. Want you to pray violently that all those planning to pull me

down shall be wasted by fire in the name of Jesus.

The enemies knows the importance of disgracing those in authority that is

why they will do everything and anything possible to pull down a rising

destiny. Beloved you cannot afford to joke with the power of the enemies

that is why you must bring them down before they bring you down. In Judges

16 from verses 1- end, the enemies planted Delilah into the life of Samson to

capture him and they succeeded and the aftermath was a show of disgrace

for Samson. That is why you cannot afford to undermine the strategy and the

power of the enemies particularly when you have been lifted up by God into

position of authority, you must be vigilant, watch and pray so that you don’t

fall victim of the enemies.

For the Lord to bring down your enemies, you must surrender your life to

Jesus, accept and acknowledge him as your Lord and personal saviour and be

a man of holy life and prayer addict and trust only on God. The first two

captains trusted in their horses and chariots but Elijah trusted in the name of

the Lord. You will call on God with anger

PRAYERS

1. All those boasting against my God shall fall into everlasting shame

and disgrace in the name of Jesus

2. My enemies has started falling in the name of Jesus they shall

complete their fall in the name of Jesus

3. No one shall rescue my enemies from their fall in the name of Jesus

4. Powers pulling me down from the sea die in the name of Jesus

5. Works of Satan and his agents be put to shame over my life in the

name of Jesus

6. All those trusting in horses and chariots and boasting against my life

be consume with fire in the name of Jesus

7. The boasting of my enemies shall bring disgrace upon them in the

name of Jesus

8. All those riding the horse of my life fall down and be wasted by fire in

the name of Jesus

9. Attack from the sea to demote me be disappointed in the name of

Jesus

10. All those fighting me with charms, incantations and enchantments

fall into sudden disaster and destruction in the name of Jesus

11. Holy Ghost disgrace those pulling from behind in the name of Jesus

12. All those saying enough of my rising die now in the name of Jesus

13. Father Lord silence all evil voices calling me down for disgrace in the

name of Jesus

14. Weapons of the Lord waste my unrepentant enemies in the name of

Jesus

15. All those secretly plotting for my downfall fall into destruction openly


16. I refused to dance the dance of shame before my enemies but my

enemies shall be ashamed before me in the name of Jesus

17. All those that hates me because of my colourful destiny be fed to the

lion in the name of Jesus

18. Those that hates my position of authority be wasted by fire in the

name of Jesus

19. I cause the leader of my unrepentant enemies to be naked and die in

the name of Jesus

20. Victorious power of the Lord be my portion all the days of my life in

the name of Jesus

Sermon: They that sow in tears

Texts: Psalm 126 verse 5-6 and Duet 26 verse 12- end, Genesis 22 verse 15-

18

Songs: Give and it shall be given unto you good measure press down

We are looking at what is titled they that sow in tears. In Psalm 126 verses 5-

6, the Bible says “they that sow in tears shall reap in Joy. He that goeth forth

and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with

rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him” The two verses explained a mystery

of sowing in tears, what we can deduced from it is that there are some types

of sowing that causes tears and such sowing bring forth laughter when the

harvest comes also it explained that there are some sowing that causes tears

to flow through the eyes of a man and only such sowing can bring joyous

reaping.

To many sowing is all about money, while to some it about given what is left

over, the kind of sowing the Lord is talking about is to give God first and the

best. Right from the days of Cain and Abel, man had formed the habit of not

given their best to the Lord. The Lord is the giver and expect the best from us,

God first gave his only son as a sacrifice and in return expect us to give our

best. Abel gave his best and his offering was accepted while Cain gave not his

best and the offering was rejected by God. Beloved hear this clearly, not all

offerings we bring to the Lord are acceptable, some are bringing blemish

offerings, some are bringing what they could not accept as gifts as sacrifice

unto the Lord, while some are in the habit of not even bringing at all. Your

offering is like a seed and without seed there is no harvest. It explained why

the present day believers are dying poor or dying spiritually. In Acts 5 from

verses 1-10 husband and wife lied about their offering and they both died

because of lying. To sow in tears is to give God the best, Is to put God first as

Abraham did with his son, to sow in tears is to give your most treasured items

away, it means to obey even though it causes you pain as in Deut. 26 verse

12- end.

Offering and sacrifice you give that you don’t feel it can never provoke

heaven in releasing prosperity unto you. In Genesis 22 from verse 15- 18 for

deeper understanding I will recommend that you read the whole chapter 22,

there you will see how the Lord requested from Abraham to offer his most

treasured son, He never augured with God rather he obeyed knowing well

that the Lord is able to replace him with many, the result of his obedience

was what made God to sworn to him and pronounced unchanging and

second to none blessings as in verses 15 – 18. Abraham became the father of

all Nations and was exceedingly wealthy because he agreed to offer Isaac his

son unto the Lord

I decree as an Apostle of God that as you present your seed in pains may you

reap with joy and Abraham agreed to offer Isaac and He came back with Joy I

decree that Jehovah God will cause his face to shine upon you and upon the

areas where you are lacking and cause you to laugh in the name of Jesus.

Whatever is holding back from given your best unto the Lord shall lose his

hold upon you and die in the name of Jesus. What is the asking from you, he

is able, abundantly able to do all things and provide for all your needs.

Altar call..............................For you to be a partaker of the promises and

blessing pronounced upon Abraham in Genesis 22 verse 15- 18, you must do

as he did….

1. This seed in my life shall put an end to poverty in your life in Jesus

name

2. Sowing that provoked open heaven I shall sow from now in the name

of Jesus

3. Whatever is holding me down from given my best to the Lord release

me and die in the name of Jesus

4. Greed and personal evil ambition that will destroy me before the lord

release me and die in the name of Jesus

5. Oh Lord help me to overcome my doubt and fear of given the best in

the name of Jesus

6. Father Lord help me to give my best service unto the Lord in the

name of Jesus

7. Powers deceiving me not to give my best release me and die in the

name of Jesus

8. Arrows fired to waste my offering fail and back fire in the name of

Jesus

9. Arrows fired to quench the fire on my altar of sacrifice back fire in the

name of Jesus

10. Whatever the Lord is asking from me , help me Lord to release

willingly in the name of Jesus

11. My father bless me with the blessing of Abraham in the name of

Jesus

12. Blessings that will make me touch lives and generations locate me in

the name of Jesus

13. Empower me oh Lord to know when the Lord is asking me for

offerings in the name of Jesus

14. From now your life shall enter into the realm of overflowing riches in

Jesus name

15. Where and when others are lacking because you are faithful you will

always have enough even more than enough in Jesus name

16. Offering with blemish I shall not give from today in the name of Jesus

17. Offerings and sacrifice pleasing unto the Lord, I shall give in the name

of Jesus

18. Blessings of the Lord that poverty cannot over power locate me in

the name of Jesus

19. Lord increase me so that I can increase others and my environment in

the name of Jesus

Sermon: The Thought of God towards man

Texts: Jeremiah 29 verse 11, Genesis 1 verse 28, Genesis 2 verse 18 and

Isaiah 55 verse 8- 9

Songs: All the glory must be to the Lord

Our Lord we call on your name

Today we shall be looking at what is titled the Thoughts of God towards man.

In Jeremiah 29 verse 11, the Bible says for I know my thoughts towards you

says the Lord, the thought of peace and not of evil to give you an expected

end? God’s thoughts towards man in Isaiah 55 verses 8- 9 is unlimited and

God himself compared it to the distance between the heavens and the earth.

What then is the meaning of the thought of God, it means the plans of God, it

equally means the agenda, desire, ways and God’s purpose for man, beloved

God’s thought for you is to:

Have Peace

Prosper

Enjoy good health 3 John verse 2

Live your days in full

Be fruitful, dominate and enlarge

Be celebrated

To have good marriage, family and children,

As a matter of facts his plans for man are endless, details could be seen in

Genesis 1 verse 28 after God created man in his own image and he unveil his

agenda and plans unto him

How can we enjoys or enter into God’s thought?

Obeying God’s words

What can prevent a man from entering God’s thoughts?

Idolatry

Lying , wrong doings , pride Psalm 5 verse 5- 6

Covetousness

Greed

Unbelief

Unfaithfulness

Disobedience

Hasty decisions

Abandoning God and his work

Faithlessness

Signs of been out of God’s thoughts?

When causes and spells are prevailing

When abundance are turning to lack

Unexplainable deaths and sickness

When you no longer hear from God

When reading and meditating on the word of God becomes difficult

Altar call.......... the first man lost out from God’s thought in Genesis 3 verse

1- end but because of the Love for man he made another provision for man

to be reabsorbed back into his thought (Jesus) John 3 verse 16, To be

reabsorbed back you need original repentance and salvation, followed by

fellowshipping with God in prayer, holiness and in supplication

5. Strange voices calling me out from the presence of the Lord shut up

6. Satanic agents sent to pull me out from the presence of the Lord be

exposed and die in the name of Jesus

7. Oh Lord arise and tie me to yourself forever in the name of Jesus

8. Lord Jesus replace my ways with your ways and my thought with

your thought always in the name of Jesus

9. Lord Jesus deliver me from the lies I’m telling myself in the name of

Jesus

10. Holy spirit of the Lord arise and increase in me in the knowledge of

God in the name of Jesus

11. I bind myself with the covenant of remaining and abiding with the

Lord always in the name of Jesus

12. Oh Lord arise and repair my life from the damage caused by the

enemies in the name of Jesus

13. Satanic influence over my thought be washed away by the blood of

Jesus in the name of Jesus

14. I refused to be led by the thought of men, I shall leave my life by the

leading of the word of the Lord in the name of Jesus

15. What people are thinking about me does not matter, what God thing

about will I be in the name of Jesus

16. Talents of God in me shall not be wasted by my ignorance in the

name of Jesus

17. I refused to end my life because of what people are saying about me


18. Lord Jesus let me know your thought towards me always in the name

of Jesus

19. Satanic thought towards me and my family shall not prosper in the

20. Thoughts to household wickedness towards me scatter in the name

of Jesus

21. Lord bring sudden destruction and tragedy upon all those stinking

evil of me in the name of Jesus

22. Lord openly expose the thoughts of the wicked around me in the

name of Jesus

Sermon: Our God is able to do all things

Texts: Ephesians 3 verse 20, Matthew 19 verse 26 and Jeremiah 32 verse 27

Songs: He is Lord, He is Lord Amen, he has risen from the death

My God is able, able to make a way no matter what they says my God will

make a way

He is able abundantly able

This message will restore hope to those losing hope, comfort those who are

wounded, give recovery to those who have lost great things and reassurance

to those who have lost faith in life and is titled Our God is able to do all

things. I will encourage you to read Matthew 19 verse 26, Jeremiah 32 verse

27 and Ephesians 3 verse 20 so as to have an understanding of what we are

talking about

When we say our God is able it means:

He has everything needed to do anything

It means what no man can do he can do

It means he does not need man’s approval or permission before he

can do something

It means nothing is impossible by him

It means God’s yes is forever yes

God is the only one that can speak and make it happened

God has the final say

It means God can change what anything (doctor’s report, evil

pronouncement, evil reports)

Let us see those things that God can do?

He can create something out of nothing Matthew 3 verse 9

Make grace abound unto you 2 Corinthians 9 verse 8

He can give power to rise above trials and storms 1 Corinthians 10

He can guide the good works in you 2 Timothy 1 verse 12- 14

He can fulfil his promises Romans 4 verse 21

Comfort those who are afflicted 2 Corinthians 1 verse 4

He can heal all kinds of sickness Matthew 8 verse 16, Mark 5

He can raised the dead Lazarus John 11

He can change your story over night

He can bless and no one can change it

He can divide your red sea

He can deliver you from the land of Egypt

He can bring out water from the rock

Can feed you with heavenly bread

He can cause heavens to be shut or open

The list is endless

Beloved what God is able to do are endless, I have this question for you is

your situation too difficult for God to do? Have you asked and prayed to God

concerning your situation, In John 16 verse 24 and John 14 verse 14 and also

in Matthew 7 verse 7 remind God of his words, He’s not a man that He

should lie according to Numbers 23 verse 19

Altar call........... The reason why many are seeing God as not been able is-

They lack faith in God and in his words

They are refusing to totally surrender to Christ

They are praying wrong prayers

They are focusing on their problems and not unto God

They are going to Egypt for help and not unto God

PRAYER

1. My case shall not be too difficult for God to do in the name of Jesus

2. Incurable and unexplainable situations in my life receive solution now


3. Spirit of death and hell pursuing me around turn against your sender


4. Oh God of possibilities make all impossibilities possible by your name


5. All those asking where is my God, the Lord shall arise and put them

to shame in the name of Jesus

6. Situations harassing my prayers the Lord disgrace you now in the

name of Jesus

7. Seed of cancer in my life that is waiting to kill me the Lord destroy

you and remove you from my life and lineage in the name of Jesus

8. Incurable diseases associated with my family be disgraced out now in

the name of Jesus

9. Family bondage be broken now in the name of Jesus

10. Inherited infirmity die in the name of Jesus

11. Inherited failure release me and die in the name of Jesus

12. Powers saying I will die like my father, you are a liar die in the name

of Jesus

13. Sickness causing untimely death in my family, your time is up die and

be uprooted from my family in the name of Jesus

14. Lord Jesus do what no man can do in my family in the name of Jesus

15. Whatever is hindering the move of God in my life release me and die


16. Whatever is destroying my testimonies die in the name of Jesus

17. Father Lord arise and advertise your power in my life and family in

the name of Jesus

18. All those saying the Lord will not hear me shall all perish before me in

the name of Jesus

19. Problems that has refused to go, the name of the Lord disgrace you

now in the name of Jesus

20. Lord I thank you for doing wonders in my life and in my family in the

name of Jesus

Message: I’m rising again

Texts: Micah 7 verse 8

Bible Passage: Job 2 verses 1- 10 and Job 42 verses 10- 17

We shall be looking at what is titled I’m rising again, in Micah 7 verse 8, the

Bible says Rejoice not against me, O mine enemies; when I fall I shall rise;

when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me” This word was

directed at the predicament of Job, Satan presented a case against Job and

the Lord allowed him to carry out his assignment against him. Job fell from

glory to shame, from honour to disgrace, from plenty to lack, from laughter

to sorrow, from increase to decrease, but in all these he never sinned against

the Lord. The man Job experienced gross darkness, pains and humiliation but

in all these he never sinned against the Lord Almighty.

I bring this good news to all those who have fallen,

To those whom the enemies have naked them

To all those who are suffering daily in the hands of their adversaries

To all those who have lost their health

Wealth

Peace

Friends

Families

Loved ones

Glory

The Lord who brought Job out of his problems shall make you to rise again. I

want you to cry unto God loud; say my father bring me out of shame into

honour in the name of Jesus. By the power that restored the lost fortune of

Job, I recover back in double what the enemies have stolen from my life in

the name of Jesus.

I decree unto your life that:-

You are rising again above your enemies in the name of Jesus

You are rising above principalities and powers in the name of Jesus

You recover back your stolen joy, wealth, health etc.

Your days of sorrow to end today in the name of Jesus

All those mocking you shall witness your double recovery

All those analysing your problems shall witness your double

testimonies in the name of Jesus

As the friends of Job sat around him to insult and later witnessed his

recovery so shall all those raining insult at you become your slaves in

the name of Jesus

Altar call… for the Lord to make you rise again from your fall, you must guide

your thought and tongue not to sin against the Lord, Job in all his problems,

he never sinned against the Lord, secondly, in your situations you must

maintain your integrity and don’t run after other gods, hear this in Proverbs

24 verse 10, the Bible says if thou fail in the day of adversity, thy strength is

small, a time will come when you will fall and sit in darkness, before that time

come, you must build your strength, make God your Lord and personal

saviour, your strength and stronghold so that when the evil day shall come,

your strength shall be sufficient to carry you through and lastly you must pray

as Job did and the Lord will restore you back and make you sing a new song

and dance a new dance in the name of Jesus.

1. Powers that want me to remain falling be disgraced in the name of

Jesus

2. Lord Jesus help me in the days of trouble and do not let me die in it in

the name of Jesus

3. All those saying I will not rise again shall be the first to announce my

double recovery in the name of Jesus

4. Lord put my mockers to open shame and disgrace in the name of

Jesus

5. Lord as I lift up my eyes to the hill, ley my life be lifted up above my

problems in the name of Jesus

6. Agenda of the evil ones over my prosperity be dashed to pieces in the

name of Jesus

7. Lord put Satan to shame over his accusations in the name of Jesus

8. Envious witchcraft troubling my promotion die in the name of Jesus

9. I refused to sit in the dark forever, the Lord shall be my light in the

name of Jesus

10. Father Lord, put darkness to flight in my life and let my destiny

become visible to my divine helpers in the name of Jesus

11. Evil arrows fired to pull down my star fail and backfire in the name of

Jesus

12. I shall not be a laughing stock in the hands of my enemies in the

name of Jesus

13. Promotions and recovery that is more than double locate me in the

name of Jesus

14. Father Lord pull me out of my fall in the name of Jesus

15. Satanic stones rolled on my way of rising scatter to pieces in the

name of Jesus

16. Father Lord give me the strength and wings of the eagle to fly out of

my problems in the name of Jesus

Message: The Prayer of Hezekiah

Text: 2 Kings 20 verse 2

Bible Reading: 2 Kings 20 verses 1- 11

Do you know that God can change his mind towards anything? In 2 Kings 20

verses 1- 11, it was a story of King Hezekiah who was told to put his house in

order that he was going to die, the King turned his face to the wall and

prayed unto the Lord and more years was added unto his days. I want you to

take the same bold step of faith and pray like the King saying

My father I don’t deserve to be wasted by the enemies cause my enemies to

perish before my face in the name of Jesus

Oh Lord arise and change my weeping to dancing in the name of Jesus

Father Lord change my death sentence to abundance and long life in the

name of Jesus

The prayers of Hezekiah was a prayer of petition

It was a prayer of I refused evil and negative report

It was a prayer of enough is enough

It was a prayer of holy anger

It was a prayer to draw God to your side

It was a prayer to change situations

Hezekiah got reply to his prayer because he was

Honest and righteous before the Lord

He was a just king doing what was right in the sight of the Lord

He was a man that believed that God can do all things.

Even though the message was from God and through his prophet, Hezekiah

still went before the Lord to plead his cause. It remind me of the story of a

woman whose husband was declared and pronounced dead, the woman

according to the story brought the corpse of the husband to the crusade

ground where a man of God was doing a crusade and she kept on praying to

God to restore her husband and to the glory of God, her prayer was

answered and the man was raised from dead. It’s in this age that believers

surrender easily to situations, instead of saying no, I refused this for an

answer my God will change the story…..

For the Lord to answer you like Hezekiah, you must be known by God, be in

his good book, walk obediently according to his leading and be

prayerful………..

PRAYER

1. The Lord that answered Hezekiah arise answer me today in the name

of Jesus

2. I refused to accept evil and negative report, my God shall change my

story in the name of Jesus

3. Father Lord as I pray unto you send me confirmation that my prayer

are answered in the name of Jesus

4. All those around me saying I should accept evil as the way of life the

Lord shall surprise you with my testimony in the name of Jesus

5. Father Lord increase my days on earth with good health, prosperity

and happiness in the name of Jesus

6. My prayer be testimonies that will surprise the men of God around

me in the name of Jesus

7. Lord Jesus arise and restore me back to the palace with double

honour in the name of Jesus

8. I refused to accept no for an answer, my God shall do wonders for

15. Prayer diverters and swallowers you shall not divert or swallow my

prayers in the name of Jesus

16. My prayer become too hot and acidic to be touched by the powers of

darkness in the name of Jesus

17. I refused to surrender on the altar of prayer, my situations shall give

up in the name of Jesus

18. Lord I shall not let you go until you bless me and change my story in

the name of Jesus

19. Lord Almighty incubate me with fresh fire to pray fire prayer in the

name of Jesus

20. Lord I thank you for answering my prayers like Hezekiah and for

Message: The Power of the spoken word

Texts: Proverbs 18 verse 21

Bible Passage: 2 Kings 20 verse 1- 11

In Proverbs 18 verse 21 the Bible says death and life are in the power of the

tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” also in 1 Peter 3 verse

10-11, the Bible says for he that will love life and see good days let him

refrain his tongue from evil and his lips that they speak no guile, let him

eschew evil and do good, let him seek peace and ensure it”. We are treating

what is titled the power of the spoken words

What are words?

Words are utterances issued with our tongues, lips and mouth

Words are invisible

Words are powerful, without hands, legs, but travels more than the

fastest machine ever made by man

Words don’t die, even when the speaker dies

Words even though retrieved, the impact leaves on

Words though powerful cannot be broken

What spoken words can do?

Words can destroy what a man have built for many years

Words can bring down a man’s esteem and glory

Words can scatter homes

Words can spark war

Words can cause enmity

Words can cause death

It can correct and at the same time do the opposite

It can give direction and at the same time cause error and confusion

Psalm 119 verse 105

It can make a life to lose his destiny and at the same time make a

man to recover it back

It can make a man to be celebrated and at the same time cause a

man to be dishonoured

It can bring victory and also can bring downfall

It can make a life to flourish and at the same time make a man to

wither

It can draw you closer to God and at the same time draw you away

from God

It can kill untimely and at the same time save a life from destruction

and untimely death etc.

Words can make a man to cry without been beaten

Can be used to place or cast a spell and at the same time can be used

to remove spells

It can be used to shut a door and also can be used to open doors

Can be used to dig a hole and also be used to cover a hole

Can be used to cover shame and can also be used to put a life to

shame

It can serve as a shield and also as a destructive weapon

The word can break into pieces and at the same time mend the

broken Psalm 29 verse 4-9

The word can create and at the same time the word can pull down

Genesis 1 verse 3

Words are indeed powerful weapons that are in the hands of a man. Beloved

hear this, words spoken to you either good or bad will surely come to pass,

the ball is now in your court, and you can either accept evil words (weather

spoken jokingly or seriously) or reject and send back to sender. If you allow

the enemies to use their words against you either through causes,

incantations, enchantments, divinations or through their evil pots, you have

yourself to blame. In 2 Kings 20 verse 1- 11.Hezekiah cancelled the message

and the word of death brought unto him by Prophet Isaiah, as the word was

reversed so also all evil words in your life can be reversed. The power in the

word made the King to cry without been beaten……..

For you to overpower the spoken words, you must be a friend of God, living a

life of Holiness, be upright and be a prayer addict…..

PRAYER

1. Powerful words of the Lord swallow all the evil words spoken against

my life in the name of Jesus

2. Witchcraft words troubling my life be wasted by fire in the name of

Jesus

3. Lord Jesus speak your words and let all other words scatter in the

name of Jesus

4. Words spoken by my parents that are now affecting my life be

destroyed in the name of Jesus

5. Words spoken by my friends that is now troubling me be wasted now


6. All those using the power of the word to fight me at night die in the

name of Jesus

7. Powers spoken at night against my star back fire in the name of Jesus

8. Words spoken under the rivers to destroy my prosperity I waste you

with the blood of Jesus

9. Evil words around me die in the name of Jesus

10. All those who are using my life as an experiment in their coven die in

the name of Jesus

11. My Life shall not be wasted by evil words in the name of Jesus

19. Evil words covering my destiny, glory and personality clear away and

back to sender in the name of Jesus

Message: When the Lord changed his mind

Texts: 1 Samuel 2 verse 30

Bible Passage: 1 Samuel 2 verses 27- 37

Do not be deceived God can change his mind towards a man, community or a

nation. He can decide not to honour his words and can decide to do as he

pleases. In 1 Samuel 2 verse 30, the Bible says 2 wherefore the Lord God of

Israel saith. I said indeed that thy house and the house of thy father should

walk before me forever, but now the Lord saith, Be it far from me; for the m

that honour me I will honour and they that despise me shall be lightly

esteemed.

We are drawing our teaching from the above scripture and the title is When

the Lord changed his mind. In 1 Samuel 2 verse 27- 37, we saw how God

changed his mind towards the house of Eli, the initial promise was for them

to be ministers before the Lord but because they refused to walk in the way

of the Lord, he changed his mind and placed a curse on them. But in the case

of the land of Nineveh in Jonah chapter 3 from verse 1- end, they repented

when the Lord had promised to bring destruction upon them and the Lord

changed his mind when he saw that they repented

What then can make God to change his mind for worse?

Unrepentance

Playing with God’s promises

Pride

Idol worship

Disobedience to God’s words

What then can make God to change his mind for good?

Genuine repentance

Obedience to the word of the Lord

Walking in the way of the Lord

Humility

When God changed his mind for worse, the result is always catastrophic but

when he changed his mind for good the result is always good and gracious as

seen in 2 Chronicles 7 verse 11- 15 the Bible says “thus Solomon finished the

house of the Lord and the Kings house and all that came into Solomon’s heart

to make in the house of the Lord and in his own house, he prosperously

effected. And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said unto him, I

have heard thy prayer and have chosen this place to myself for an house of

sacrifice, if I shut up heaven that there be no rain or if I command the locust

to devour the land or if I send pestilence among my people; if my people

which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my

face and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven and will

forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open and

mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place”

Do you want God to change towards you positively or negatively? Then chose

which way to follow………….

PRAYER

1. Lord tell me whenever I’m on the wrong path of life in the name of

Jesus

2. Whatever I will do that will make God to abandon me Lord have

mercy and forgive me in the name of Jesus

3. Oh Lord my father purge my life from self-destructive habits in the

name of Jesus

4. Pride and disobedience in me release me now and die in the name of

Jesus

6. Those encouraging me to sin against God depart from me in the

13. Lord if I’m on the way of destruction and death, let the blood of Jesus

speak on my behalf in the name of Jesus

14. I repent from my ways of destructions in the name of Jesus

the truth in the name of Jesus

16. The lies I’m telling myself expire and let the truth enter me in the

name of Jesus

17. The evil ways of my ancestors shall not be my way in the name of

Jesus

18. I refused to worship the idols that brought destructions upon my

ancestors in the name of Jesus

19. The Lord will be my light and salvation in the name of Jesus

20. Father Lord I thank you for favouring me and for removing my name

Texts: Genesis 13 verse 9 and verse 14- end

Bible Reading: Genesis 13 verse 1- end

In life there are situations that we found ourselves that are not God’s made

but our making, in this teaching we shall be looking at what is doing that is

making him not to increase according to the will of God and the message is

titled my lot must go. The Lord told Abraham in Genesis 12 verse 1, to leave

his father’s house to a place where he will show him but Abraham left with

Lot and since then things began to work against him.

People and things that are precious to us but not assigned to us by

God

Career

Friends

Behaviour

Properties

Stolen items like Achan

It was after Abraham separated from Lots that he began to hear from God

again.

When there is lot in your life

You will be experiencing hard prosperity

Limited space to expand

Strive

Envy and rivalry

Closed heaven

Pain and stagnancy

For Abraham to increase the way of the Lord and for him to start hearing

from the Lord he had to part way with Lot. I want you to cry unto the Lord

like this

My Abraham separate from lot in the name of Jesus

About the Author

Adetokunbo Abidoye was born in Lagos, married

to Winnie Abidoye and blessed with two

wonderful children, Emmanuel and Kelly Abidoye.

He had his early nursery and primary school

education at Twins’ Day Nursery and Primary

School, Palm Avenue, Lagos and later went to

Mushin Community Primary School, Lagos to

complete his primary education. The author

completed his secondary education at Matori

Grammar School in 1988 and Higher Diploma in Applied Chemistry from Yaba

College of Technology, Lagos. After graduation, he moved to South Africa

where he bagged a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialising in

General Management, and later to the Republic of Ireland in 2002. In 2013,
