9 Regional Plant Quarantine Sub-departments with over 60 Plant Quarantine Stations are responsible for phytosanitary inspection of cross-border plant commodities at seaports, airports and land border ports.

From 2007, Vietnam develop legal framework, training staffs, formulate PRA belong to Decision No. 34 base on ISPM No.2 and ISPM No.11
Up to now PPD have already finally many PRA reports for importing plants and plant products, base on this we have to conduct condition requirement for importation commodities.
