prevent you from having diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity,
diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, and mental disorders (because of depression). Allocate at least one hour of your time daily to
do your exercise.
Sleep is another important ingredient.
Your body's batteries are recharged while you
sleep. The average adult need s at least eight hours
of sleep at night.
