1. Keeping in mind your field activity for which you went, descried your understanding of communication and its role via the flow chart? Why is it called a two way process? (P3a) BarrierMy self GradeSecurity No barrierNo barrierGrade3Baggage countersNo barrierNo barrierGrade2Sales personNo barrierNo barrierGrade5Cash counterNo barrierNo barrierGrade5I went into LEVIS shopping center, After entering in, I went to baggage counter to give my helmet, He give me the coupon Nothing he spoken to me he took my bag also Then form there, I went menswear department. I called sales person to the get right size of my shirt to me, and he helped for getting it and there was no barrier he spoke in English and I too know the English so there was no barrier Then I selected the shirt and went to billing counter that person was fast in billing & packing. And he asked me how 1'm making the payment by cash or credit card I said cash I settled the amount he gave me the bill and he packed my shirt

Then, I went back to baggage counter to take the helmet, same person was there. I returned my token he gave my belongings back there was no barrier Then, I went through exit, where security sealed my bill. It is called two way process because communication can be done only by two or more persons and the response should be from both the side For true communication their must be transmission of thoughts ideas and feelings from one mind to another communication is set to be compete when we get some response from the receiver positive communication is that in which the receiver feels to respond positively

2. What are the barriers to effective communication? How can you remove the same? (m1)

Physical barriers: marked out territories, closed office doors, barrier screens, large working area like the is inside the room and the door is closed and the both of them cant understand properly and they cant communicate properly this is also a barrier for effective communication Perceptual barriers: We all see the world differently like that thinking is different from each of the person and they can't understand each other properly Emotional barrier: It is comprised mainly off fear, miss trust and suspicion, natural reserve, negative self talk

Cultural barriers: we need to adopt the behavior patterns of the other group if we are speaking to the other cultural person so we have to adopt his culture so he has to understand his culture and speak according to it. He should not feel like we are ignoring his culture Language barrier: unable to understand the language used if we are speaking to the person who doesn't understand our language and we can't understand his language

What the barriers did you face during your project work? How can it be translated to your desired job? (m2)There was no barrier in my project work because the language which ever they spoke at the time my project I was able to understand. If I would face any problem I will try to handle and improve it for the future desired job to not face same problem again in future job keeping in mind the activity mentioned in the assignment brief, prepare a very brief write up of the same focusing on the importance of morals as the backbone of society and a developed personality(present it as public speaking skills) The value is a belief a mission or a philosophy that is meaningful whether we are consciously aware of them or not, every individual has a core set of personal values. values can range from the common ones such as belief in hard work and punctuality to the more psychological ones such as self reliance, concerned for others, harmony etc when. we often see how personal values guided them propelling them to the top of their fields what ever ones values when we take them in our life great accomplishment and success are sure to follow What are the parameters defining /outlining them? Can you differentiate between the morals of yesterday and today? What is different or has changed? (m1)Type of the values Morals of yesterdayMorals of today Personal values This value has the more respect at older days

But today there is no respect Cultural values There were the more follower of this moral But today no one follows this value today all follows western culture Social values The people used to help each other and care for each other But today no one cares about others and no one helps any one Analyze some values that help us in our personal, social & professional lives? (m2) Value Personal Social Professional Personal Being honest with friends relatives
