Standards and marks of quality
Pumps AQUAMAT are in category of domestic appliances. Theyhold all necessary certificates and declarations in accordancewith the directives of the European Union. According to the EUlegislation, they carry the CE sign. They are attested by TÜV Rheinland.Pumps meet the requirements of the following standards:- EN 60335-1- EN 60335-2-41- EN 55014-1- EN 55014-2
Pump designation
Application
Transported liquid
Automatic pumps AQUAMAT are applied for supplying
households, cottages, motels, farms with cold consumption water
and they also can be used for irrigation. They pump water out of
dug, drilled or driven wells, cisterns, tanks and brooks.
Pump is used for transport of cold consumption water with
allowed quantity of sand max 25 g/m and the greatest diameter
of particles up to 0,04mm.
3
Design
Pump is peripheral, single-stage, in monoblock execution withelectric motor. Loose radial coupling of shaft and impellerenables seflpositioning of impeller in pump housing. Pumphousing sealing is done by mechanical seal. At suction anddischarge there are flanges with inner tube thread R1 / ", whichare intended for connection to the pipeline. This enables easy andsimple mounting and dismounting of pump. The main parts of the pump are of high quality and assure long lifepractically without maintenance.

5Installation
Automatic pumpsHIDROPAK
For water level depth up to 30 m and consumption upto 30 l/min, we recommend type H-9 M(T) INJ 4" (forlarger households, small motels, small farms, etc).
*When suction height is less then 30 m, pump can be placed on adistance more than 10 m from the well. Every decrease of suctionheight for 1 m allows increase of distance between pump andwell for 10 m, but not more than 50 m.
Pump installation in case of deep wells
Pumps are used for water level depth up to 7,5 m.For ground-floor or one-floor households, weekend houses, for water consumption up to 50 l/min, we recommend type H-8 M(T).For water consumption up to 70 l/min, we recommend type H-9 M(T), for larger households, small motels, etc.
NoteWhen distance between pump and well increases, suction height decreases for 1 m on every 10 m. This should be considered while determining the position of the pump. For very remote wells the pump has to be placed beside the well or an injector has to be used with increasing the diameter of the suction pipeline.
Pump installation in case of shallow wells
