1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY CourseHousewares,LLCwarrantsthisCook’sCompanion®cookwareproducttobefreefrommanufacturerdefectforupto1yearfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.Ifadefectisfoundtoexist,CourseHousewareswill,atitsoption,eitherrepairorreplacetheproductorthedefectivecomponent,includinglabor.Replacementwillbemadewithneworrebuiltproductorcomponents.ThiswarrantydoesNOT cover(a)ordinarywearandtear(suchasscratches,dentsorstains),(b)impactdamageorbreakage,(c)heatdiscoloration,minorimperfectionsandslightcolorvariationsintheenamel,metalsorglass,whichareanormalpartofthecraftsmanship,(d)extremetemperaturechanges(suchaspre-heatingcookwareempty,lettingliquidsboildry,immersinghotpotorlidintocoldwater,etc.)orresultingdamagetothepot and/orotherproperty,(e)impropercleaningmethodscausingscratches,or(f)accessories,evenifsoldwiththecookware,(g)anyunitthathasbeentamperedwith,(h)damagesincurredthroughimproperuseandcareand(i)faultypackagingbyyouormishandlingbyanycommon carrier.FailuretofollowtheaccompanyingCareandUseinstructionsorcommercialusewillvoidthiswarranty.
