Paylution Frequently Asked Questions
When will I be set up with a Paylution
account?
Upon sign up, you will receive a welcome
email notifying you that your account is
ready for activation from
[email protected]. Follow the
instructions in this email to activate your
account. Please have your distributor ID
on hand when activating your Paylution
Pay Portal account.
Am I done setting up my Paylution
account once I’ve activated my
account?
No. Once you have activated your
Paylution Portal account you must
Transfer your payments to an account. If
you are transferring to a new account then
you will need to +Add New Transfer
Method.
You will then need to provide your banking
information to transfer your funds. Please
carefully verify that your banking
information is correct, as incorrect
information may cause delays to your
transfer.
How do I setup ‘Auto Transfer’?
Auto Transfer ensures your payments are
automatically transferred to your bank
account and/or your branded
compensation card each time you get paid,
without you needing to log into your
Paylution Pay Portal account.
Once you have saved a Transfer Method
you can set up an Auto Transfer by
following these steps:
1. Click Transfer.
2. In the Transfer Center, click
Actions for the account you wish
to auto transfer to.
3. Select Create Auto Transfer.
4. Click Confirm and you are done.
It’s really that simple-- just set it
and forget it!
The Advanced options let you transfer a
percentage of your incoming funds to up to
three saved accounts automatically. For
example, you could have 60% of your
funds transferred to Bank Account A, 20%
to Bank Account B, and 20% to a Prepaid
Card.
You can also choose between a daily or
monthly frequency for your auto transfer.
If I Transfer funds from my Paylution
Pay Portal account to my bank account,
how long does it take to receive funds?
Once you have requested a Transfer from
the Paylution Pay Portal please check your
email for a Transaction Request
Confirmation and the associated
processing times for each country.
In the event that there was a problem with
the banking information provided, the
funds will typically be returned to your
Paylution Pay Portal account in an
additional 3 business days.
Why does Paylution need my birth
date?
Your date of birth will be used as an
additional means of verifying your identity
when you activate your account. In
addition, as a money services provider,
Paylution is required for regulatory reasons
to collect the dates of birth of all
accountholders.
What bank account information do I
need to provide?
For US bank accounts, you will need to
provide the following:
Bank Account type
Routing Number (9 digits)
Account Number
Account holder name
For Canadian bank accounts, you will
need to provide the following:
Bank Code (3 digits)
Transit Number (9 digits)
Account Number
Account holder name
For United Kingdom (GBP) bank accounts,
you will need to provide the following:
Branch Sorting Code
Account Number
Account holder name
For European (EUR) bank accounts, you
will need to provide the following:

How can I access my account balance
and transaction history in my Paylution
Pay Portal account?
You can view your Wallet Balance at any
time by logging into your Paylution Pay
Portal account and viewing the balances
posted next to the flag icons, which
indicate the various currencies you
currently hold in your Paylution Pay Portal
account.
To view your complete transaction history,
log into your Paylution Pay Portal and click
History on the navigation bar.
How do I receive my commission
payments?
You will automatically be sent an email
notification from
[email protected] whenever
your account is loaded with a payment.
How secure is Paylution?
Paylution uses 128-bit SSL encryption and
multiple firewalls to protect the
transmission and storage of your personal
and banking information – the same
standard of security employed by most
financial institutions.

What is the Paylution Pay Portal?
Paylution Pay Portal (www.paylution.com) is an easy-to-use, secure and global
online pay portal exclusively for your organization and its distributors.

Paylution Pay Portal comes complete with the fully integrated Paylution Commission
Card, giving you the convenience of instant access to your earnings via the card
while offering the flexibility to transfer a portion of your funds to one or more bank
accounts of your choice.
Getting Started
Paylution will automatically create a Pay Portal account on your behalf when you first
enroll as a distributor.
If you are an existing distributor who has received payments by other means in the
past, your Pay Portal will be created automatically prior to the next commission
payout.
Once your account has been created, you will receive a welcome email notifying you
that your Pay Portal is ready for activation. Follow the instructions in this email to
activate your account.
Please have your organization distributor ID on hand when activating your Pay Portal.

Paylution Getting Started Guide
Receiving Payments Your commissions will automatically be credited to your Paylution account. Each time funds are credited to your Paylution
account, you will receive an email notification from [email protected].
After funds have been credited to your account, you can easily transfer them to a card or any financial institution in your
country by following the steps outlined in the section ‘Using Transfer’ below.
Below is an example of the payment notification email you would receive:

Using ‘Transfer’
1. Click Transfer Funds.
2. If you are transferring to a
new account, then you will
need to + Add New
Transfer Method.
3. Select your country from the
“Where Are you
Transferring funds?” drop
down.
4. Select a transfer method
from the “How Would You
Like To Receive Funds?”
drop down.
5. Select the currency of the
chosen transfer method.

app.

3. Transfer
To transfer funds to your bank
account, select “Transfer” from
the menu.
Then, select the saved bank

“Continue”. You will then be
prompted to confirm or cancel
the transaction.

4. Transaction History
To review your Paylution
transaction history, click the
“History” button from the menu.
You can then review your
transaction history by date.
Functions
Wallet: Show transactions
filtered by wallet. You can
scroll to the bottom of the
page to load older transaction.
Prepaid Card: Show
transactions filtered by your
prepaid card. You can scroll
to the bottom of the page to
load older transaction.
5. Transaction Details
To get more details on a specific
transaction, click on the
transaction listed on the
“History” page.
You will then be able to review
specific details about the
transaction, including Receipt ID,
Date, Type, Amount, Details and
any Notes you may have entered
regarding the transaction.

Manage from your Paylution account: Your Paylution Visa Prepaid
Card is fully integrated with your Paylution Pay Portal account
(www.paylution.com), from which you can view your card transactions,
change your PIN and manage the Auto Transfer settings that determine
how much of your earnings are automatically loaded to your card each
month.
Obtaining Your Card
You may request a card by logging into your Paylution account
(www.paylution.com) and clicking the “Request a Prepaid Card” quick links
button. Answer the questions and then ensure that your Profile information is
complete and accurate, then submit and confirm your request. Please allow
7-10 business days to receive your card if you live in the USA.
Obtaining your card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain,
verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account.
What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth,
and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license
or other identifying documents at any time.

Activating Your Card
After receiving your card, call 1-877-546-8220 (North America), 1-604-638-6657 (Worldwide) or visit
www.paylution.com to activate it. Once activated, your earnings will be transferred to your card automatically.
Managing Your Card
By activating and logging into your Paylution account (www.paylution.com), you’ll be able to review your card balance and
transaction history, change your card PIN and manage the Auto Transfer settings that determine how much of your earnings
are transferred onto your card.
