EUNetPaS Outcomes and Deliverables
5
Network development and promotion of national platforms is still the top priority.
27 MS and the main stakeholders should be committed to network activities.
Exchange of information and good practices regarding Patient safety and Quality regulation, structures, training programs, indicators, issues and solutions between Member States should be developed through networking activities (visits, interviews, on line tools…)
Field practitioners should be further involved in the implementation of good practices based on international standards and EUNetPaS deliverables to demonstrate concrete achievements (Med Rec, deterioration interventions, safe surgery, central line bundles
Dissemination is a key factor of success
How to build on EUNetPaS achievements
6
Commission co-funding will provide an opportunity for all MS to implement part of the Council recommendation through concrete actions relevant to their needs and to develop patient safety through the transfer of good practices based on solutions which have been validated at international level (i.e. High 5 project).
This approach will contribute to the improvement and convergence of patient safety and quality of care in all Member States
How to go further? Better care in the EU
