Subtitle C Liner SystemLiner System should include:1. top liner (e.g. geomembrane)2. composite bottom liner e.g. geomembrane + compacted clay compacted clay -must be at least 3 ft thick - ksat should be no greater than 1x10-7cm/sec
Subtitle C Liner System3. Leachate Collection and Removal System above top liner -leachate depth should not exceed 1ft (30cm) 4. Leachate Collection and removal System between liners.
