1. Paint the foam ring. Allow to dry.
2. Attach a ribbon to the top centre of
the foam ring to create a hanging loop.
3. Place an origami pinwheel on the ring
and attach with a push pin. Continually
add and pin more pinwheels, slightly
layering each pinwheel on top of another,
until the whole ring is covered.

press to secure. Repeat this process.
