Friday Night 9:30 PM - Element of Spirit Luminary Procession! In celebration of the 5th Element of Life – Spirit –the 8th Annual Luminary Procession begins in front of the Capitol Theater at 5th and Washington, and proceeds to Sylvester Park for a magical luminary display. Weather dependent!
Saturday 3:30 PM - Chalk in the StreetsWhile you wait for the Procession to begin, local community organizations will hand out 7,000 pieces of colorful street chalk along the route for you to draw the art of nature in the streets. Please respect your downtown merchants and keep chalk on the streets and off the buildings. Thank you!
