After Office is installed on your computer, you can open Outlook 2013 to get to your email. You can also get your email in a browser; just sign in to Office 365 and select Outlook.

Sign into Office 365. Go to the SharePoint site you want to follow, and then click FOLLOW. Any time you want to get back to one of your followed sites, select Sites.

When you’re signed in to Office 365, get email in your browser by selecting Outlook. Or, open Outlook on your computer and select Mail.

In your browser, select Outlook > new mail. Type the recipient and your message. Then select SEND.
In the email message, select Reply to respond to the sender only, or Reply All to respond to everyone. Then type your message and select Send.

When you’re signed in to Office 365, get your calendar in your browser by selecting Calendar. Or , open Outlook on your computer and select Calendar.

If you’re using Office 365 in your browser, select Calendar > new event. Double-click or double-tap any open space to create a new meeting. Add your meeting details, type your attendee’s names. To see your attendees’ calendars to find out when they‘re free or busy, select Scheduling Assistant. When you’re finished, select send.
In your calendar, open the meeting item and select Join Lync Meeting.

Join meetings
From the Office 365 Get Started page, select phone & tablet. Choose your device and follow the steps to install your apps. For the phone & tablet page, click the settings icon > Office 365 settings > software > phone & tablet.

After you’ve set up your new Office 365 account on your phone or tablet, your email, calendar and contacts will work like any other accounts on your device.

Install the Lync app on your phone or tablet. From within the Lync app, you can join a Lync meeting. From the Meetings tab, select the meeting you want to join, and tap Join Meeting.

Create a document in Office 365
Get details on how to create a document in Office 365.
When signed in to Office 365, you can create a new document right from your OneDrive or a SharePoint site. Select new document and the type of document you want to create, and the web app will open.
On your computer, open the Office program you want to use. Start a new document by selecting Blank or choose one of the templates shown.

In Office 365, select OneDrive > upload. Or, simply drag a file from a folder on your computer to the document area.
Share a file with others
Share a file from your OneDrive for Business or team site by selecting the Open Menu icon (…) and then select Share. Type the names, and optionally a personal message. Then click Share to send an email that contains a link to the document.

In OneDrive for Business: Select your organization’s name, then select <your name> OneDrive @ <your organization>.On a team site: Select your organization’s name or SharePoint, then select the site. Or, select Browse to find the site.On your computer: select Computer, and then select Browse to find the folder.

Add audioStart an IM Share your desktop
Find out more about Meeting and collaborating. Get details on how to add audio to a Lync IM conversation.
Open Lync, type someone’s name in the search box, point to their picture, and then select the IM icon. Type a message and press ENTER.
Select the presentation icon, then select Desktop. Minimize your Lync meeting window and display whatever you want to share from your desktop.

When you’re in a Lync IM with someone, click the Call icon.
