What did we learn this week?

Reading: We read nursery rhymes, decodable text, and apple books. We learned sight words to, you, and. We learned letters Ii and Nn.

Math: We learned about greater than and less than. We celebrated the 40th day of school on Thursday! We also measured ourselves with apples.

Discovery: We learned about apples. We made apple sauce and apple pies. We also tasted apple juice and caramel apples. We graphed which way was our favorite ways to eat apples.

Treasure Box

If you ever have any toys from fast food restaurants you aren’t using please send them in for our treasure box! Thank you!

Rocket Run:

ROCKET RUN is HUGE! I don’t want anyone to feel pressured to send money

but it is our BIGGEST and ONLY fundraiser!!! The money that is raised will

directly benefit Dean Road and our classroom! How awesome is that???
