Randall wasborn June 27,1957, in Marionto Charles andDorris (Pease)Christopher.

He marriedDebbie Fallin in

July 1995. She survives ofMarion.

Randall was a union mem-ber of 178 in Fort Worth,Texas. He enjoyed riding hismotorcycle and spendingtime with his pets. He lovedhis nieces, nephews, theirchildren and his friends.

Survivors include wife,Debbie Christopher of Mar-ion; stepson, Billy Hudgensof Marion; granddaughter,Emily Grace Hudgens ofMarion; brothers, Bill Chr-istopher and wife, Pat, ofMarion and David Christ-opher and wife, Donnita, ofHerrin; and nieces andnephews, Shannon Mason,Shauna Dowdy, Dax Christ-opher, Devan Christopher,Brian Miller, Lindsey Harrisand Cassie Franklin.

He was preceded in deathby his parents.

There will be a privateburial at a later date.Visitation will be from 5 to7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at thefuneral home.

Randall will be sorelymissed by all.

Major NealRyan

MARION — FormerIllinois native, Irishman andArmy Officer Maj. Neal C.Ryan, 91, passed awayFriday, Sept. 27, 2013, at hishome in Milford, Mich.

Neal will be buried next tohis late wife, Bernice Ryan,and there will be a familygathering in his honor tocelebrate his life.

Neal was born Feb. 4,1922, in Chicago to Corn-elius and Catherine Ryan.He graduated from St. LeoHigh School of Chicago andUniversity of Nebraska.

Neal joined the U.S. Armyat 17 and served in WorldWar II and the Korean War.He was later accepted andgraduated from ArmyOfficer Candidacy School.He served as a surgeon’sassistant in the MedicalDivision of the Army.

He was a wonderful hus-band to Betty Ryan, whomhe met while home frombasic training.

He was a proud father offour children, Darlene Died-erich, Connie Markendorf,Neal J. Ryan and LindaMitchell. In 1963, after hisfirst wife’s passing, MajorNeal C. Ryan retired fromthe Army.

After retirement from theArmy, Neal continued towork in the medical field forthe State of Illinois. Neallater married Bernice Ryan,taking on two wonderfulstepsons, Steve Lipnik andBob Lipnik.

Neal was an Illinois nativefor 84 years. He thoroughlyenjoyed playing bridge androoting for the White Soxand the Fighting Irish ofNotre Dame.

Neal’s loyalty, bravery andgenerosity made him an insp-iration to family and friendsalike. He lived his life withintegrity as a proud Amer-ican soldier and a dedicatedhusband and father.

He is survived by his chil-dren, Steve Lipnik (Cathy),Darlene Diederich (Rich),Connie Markendorf (Lou),Bob Lipnik (Keri), NealJ. Ryan (Debbie) andLinda Mitchell (Rick); andmany grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren.

His family wishes toexpress that Neal will bemissed by all.

Sarah was born June 29,1920, in Perrine, Ark., toLuther and Willie Clair(Carr) Robinson.

She married RobertLoeh on July 30, 1940, inSt. Louis. He preceded her indeath May 7, 1978.

She is survived by threedaughters and a son-in-law,Shirley Dawe of Royalton,Carolyn and Roger Murrayof Buckner and BarbaraLoeh of Sanford, Fla.; twosons and a daughter-in-law,Raymond Lee and KittyLoeh of Villa Grove andBobbie Loeh of Zeigler; sixgrandchildren, Ronald andDavid Murray, Rachel andErica Lindquist, Courtneyand Whitney Loeh; and fourgreat- grandchildren.

Her parents; a grandson,Christopher Dawe; andtwo brothers, Raymondand James Robinson alsopreceded her in death.

Mrs. Loeh was ofPentecostal faith and ahomemaker.

Services for Mrs. Loeh willbe at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7,in Cundiff Cemetery nearCarterville with the Rev.Jason Todd officiating.There will be no visitation.Family and friends are askedto gather at the cemeterybefore the services.
