Get ready for Gus’s new look and enjoy favorites like juicy steak or grilled salmon.

You might have noticed that Gus’sKeystone Family Restaurant in Ephratais undergoing exterior renovations. It’s afacelift that will give Gus’s a whole newfacelift with an expanded foyer withmore seating and a bright, new exteriorlook.Don’t worry though, Gus’s will not

be closed during renovations. Just comethrough the temporary entrance to theright of the doorway. It won’t be longuntil Gus’s will be welcoming you withits fresh new appearance. They hope tohave work completed by early October.In the meantime, be sure to stop by tocheck out the progress.Gus’s Keystone Family Restaurant

is always the place for breakfast, lunchand dinner with daily specials and menuselections. Try the new lunch specialslike the black bean veggie burger, thetender pastrami sandwich and thehomegrown tomato stuffed with yourchoice of chicken salad or tuna salad.

Baked corn pie is still available, so getit while you can. Desserts include appledumplings and light-as-air angel foodcake.Fall will be here very soon, and that

means it will be time for all your autumnharvest favorites like pumpkin pie,pumpkin cheesecake, apple pie, porkBBQ, baby back ribs, rustic penne, chili,and oysters. It’s also the time for heartyentrees like charbroiled steak or grilledsalmon.For breakfast, fall flavors include

pumpkin pancakes and pumpkin breadFrench toast. There are other tastybreakfast choices that seemperfect whenthere is a nip in the air, like praline pecanFrench toast, multigrain hotcakes withmaple syrup, steak and eggs, creamedchipped beef on toast, and meat loversomelet with bacon, ham, sausage, porkroll, and cheese. Breakfast is served allday so you can enjoy it in the morning,afternoon or evening.

Each day at Gus’s there are 27 differentspecials that range from comfort foodfavorites like chicken and waffles andpork and sauerkraut to seafood andpasta specials. That’s right. There are 27items in addition to the regular menu.And that’s pretty huge already.Gus’s is the family place, and
