NIGERIA STUDENT LEADERSHIP FORUM (NSLF)
The Nigeria Student Leadership Forum (NSLF) is an arm of Crusade Against
Examination Malpractice Initiative (CAEMI REG: 41513), an NGO that is duly
registered in Nigeria since the year 2010. The organization is established in
response to the high incidences of lack of morals and ethical values in our society
which is prevalent in our institutions of learning.

The mission of NSLF is to strive and institutionalize virtues such as Transformational Leadership Principle, Integrity, character, hard work, excellence, dedication and Servant leadership principles.

Nigeria Student Leadership Forum (NSLF) is a transformative Leadership Forum
that majors on raising Credible, Servant & Transformational Leaders that will
take over the position of leadership in the nearest future.
VISION
Our mandate is to raise young student and political leaders that will take over
the position of leadership in our society in the next few years; especially
undergraduates and youths with stable values, morals and good character, men
and women who are willing to stand for the truth at all times.

Nigeria Student Leadership Forum (NSLF) is an African-wide movement of young professionals whose mandate is to raise student/youth servant and transformational leaders that will take over the positions of leadership in their societies in the nearest future; especially undergraduates with stable values, morals and good character, men and women who are willing to stand for the truth at all times.

The objectives of the NSLF include: To support initiatives aimed at empowering youths and their organizations to promote servant/transformational leadership principles, acquisition of business skills, and effective participation in decision-making; To inspire young persons and young women to become agents of positive change in their communities and beyond;
To build the capacities of young leaders through education, servant/transformational leadership training, mentoring and entrepreneurship;
To provide a forum for young people to discuss national issues and be the speedy channel through which they can be heard in democratic governance;
To provide an independent and united voice for young people on national and globalissues of concern to them;
To empower young people on how to identify business opportunities and effectively harness their potential to creating change.
The G12 Principle “G12” is a shortened form of the phrase” Groups of Twelve” The Principle is training 12 people at a time. Reproducing in them the character of servant/transformational leaders and each of them doing the same with another 12 people, and then each group of 12 transferring the values they have received to another 12. The G12 principle remains our key strategy to the transformation and effectively impacting societies. The Principle of National Transformation, This model is applied to reach every sphere of society by raising leaders in those sphere's who will change it.
OBJECTIVES

NSLF can be supported through corporate or individual donations from its
members/general public in form of monetary, expertise and other resources
required in running the organization.
NSLF is also supported by grants from local, foreign partners and funding
agencies for specific programs in areas of servant/transformational leadership,
democracy and good governance.

he forum is a national membership-based organization whose membership is open to
Tyoung persons and interest groups willing to commit to the aims and vision of the NSLF
regardless of their gender, race, religion or political affiliation.
The main interest groups are young people, organizations or bodies of persons or firms
involved in the promotion of youth and women empowerment, servant/transformational
leadership and good governance, business skills and entrepreneurship.
NSLF is an advocate in the area of youth democratic engagement, non-violent action and
active youth participation in decision-making. To this end, NSLF has positioned itself on
mission of providing skills and information to youth that will better help them in civic
engagement and improve their economic situation thereby reducing their vulnerability and
ultimately improving the governance of the country.
NSLF projects have thus been designed to equip youth with information, knowledge and skills
enabling young people to think critically, participate effectively in the democratic process
including in servant/transformational leadership roles, understand challenges to good
governance such as corruption, and learn entrepreneurship skills.
NSLF undertakes youth mentorship program in universities, colleges and High School with
collaboration with the office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and
Student Matters.
Our programs are principally aimed at providing a platform for young people to begin to
understand and discuss issues of democratic governance and youth participation.
It provided Ten (10) learning course modules which covered topics like:
1) Principles of Servant/Transformational Leadership
2) Principles of National Transformation
3) The G-Factor Principles
4) The G12 Principles
5) Youth and Politics
6) Governance and Corruption
7) Educational System - The 21st Century Strategy
8) Democracy and Human Rights
9) The Power of Attitude
10) Entrepreneurship Development etc
MEMBERSHIP

With collaboration with the office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and
Student Matters, NSLF have been conducting programs on non-violence campaigns in
Universities and Colleges across the nation. Our programs involved conducting workshops
among young people which we believe will be able to bring young people to dialogue and
agree on principles such as tolerance of divergent views and promoting co-existence among
youth with different political inclinations.
We hope to collaborate with relevant electoral bodies to conduct voter sensitization
campaigns among youth to enable them register as voters and participate in elections.
The program will involve conducting sensitization programs in universities and colleges of
education across the nation.
Currently, NSLF is conducting programs in universities, colleges of education, polytechnics
and high schools on various subject matters which include servant/transformational
leadership, democracy, human rights, youth participation, enterprising, capacity building,
budget tracking and accountability, corruption prevention.
NLSF plans to organize the servant/transformational leadership summit around the country
(All Geo-Political zones) to ensure young people understand the principles we are trying to
market.
NSLF CURRENT &FUTURE PROGRAMS
Nigeria Student Leadership Forum (NSLF) has positioned itself as the champion of youth voices in critical contemporary debates affecting the people in Nigeria.
We have successfully conducted the South – East Servant Leadership Summit 2014, at the Women Development Center Awka, Anambra State, with attendance of over seven hundred and fifty (750) youth delegates from the five (5) states of the South – East.
The NSLF has formed this forum in over twenty (20) Universities and Collages of education across the nation. Endorsement and Partnership by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Student Matters.
We were also given an Award of Excellence by the Golden Heart Foundation. The organizers of National Youth Summit. (In Recognition of our Contribution Towards Empowering the Next Political Leaders in Nigeria).

NSLF shall endeavor to be the beacon of hope and possibility for the young people of Nigeria. The NSLF pledges unwavering commitment to work with our peers at home and abroad, the government, the private sector, civil society organizations, international organizations and all Nigerians, irrespective of gender, race, tribe, religious and political beliefs to respect the rights and dignity of young people, uphold the laws of the Nation and utilize its resources for this and future generations of this great country. NSLF shall continue to be a team player, collaborative and willing partner to all likeminded citizens and organizations whose main aim is to develop our great and wonderful fatherland - Nigeria. We have resolved to uphold the values of democracy, transparency, accountability and good governance through dialogue, engagement, non-violent advocacy and lobbying.

Engr. Eme Iro Kalu heads the Board of Trustees of CAEMI. A native of
Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State; he is presently the
acting Executive Director Anambra-Imo River Basin Development
Authority. An electrical engineer by training, he is a member and
fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), member Council
for the Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria (COREN) to mention a
few. He has vast work experience having served in numerous state
and national assignments. Engr. Kalu is happily married with four
children.

with-good organizational and leadership development skills,

(Academic) at Abia State University, Uturu. A renowned
microbiology professor, he is happily married with
children. Having his publications on several journals, his
