Don and Judy – Feb 1, 2011
Thank you and farewell!
Then, the rumors
• Effective January 1, 2011, municipalities will no longer be able to burn the clean component of C&D
• You will still be able to burn brush and yard waste
• Anything else, no.
•Municipalities will be able to burn the clean component of C&D incidental to the use of a burn pile, at least until Jan 1, 2014
Burning Reality
• You have never been able to burn painted, treated, plastic coated wood.
• You have never been able to burn wood with glues in them. This includes plywood, flakeboard, masonite, laminated lumber, etc
• You still need a permit.
