Chapter 1
• Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của CNTT ảnh hưởng đến hầu hết mọi lĩnh vực đem lại lợi ích to lớn cho bất cứ tổ chức nào muốn áp dụng CNTT trong quản lý.
• Cùng với xu thế phát triển chung, trường CĐSPHN đã từng bước áp dụng CNTT nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý của trường, công tác tổ chức, quản lý sinh viên
• Năm ….. Trường CĐSPHN đã chính thức đưa hệ thống quản lý sinh viên vào hoạt động nhằm quản lý tốt hơn sinh viên, phục vụ chất lượng cho công tác quản lý, tuyển sinh, theo dõi quá trình học tập của sinh viên ….
1.1. Background
Chapter 11.2 Motivation
( IS success Model – Mclean – Delone, 2003).
Chapter 2 Literature Review
A project has just available across the World Wide Web: a Students Management System Webbased (SMSW). Through SMSW you will be able to access personal information.
In addition, students will be able to connect to information about their course, module choice and when available, to electronic learning resources relevant to their study.

2.4 Definition of Effectiveness
• The GoalCentered View
In the goal centered view we focus on the outcomes of the IT function. We determine the task objectives of the system and then establish the criteria for measuring whether these objectives have been achieved. (Grover et al. 1996)
• The Systems’ Resource View
In the systems’ resource view we focus on the process or functional aspects of the system. In this case effectiveness is measured against such things as user job satisfaction, communication between IT staff and users, and quality of service. (Grover et al. 1996)
