If Internet connection is lost, the student continues responding to test
questions without interruption. The student should not move to another
device as their responses are stored on their local device until connectivity
is re-established. If the student completes testing and the Internet
connection has not been restored, the following process occurs:
When the student tries to submit the test, the system will present an error
message directing the student to alert the test administrator.
The student’s responses remain on the device. The following steps
should be completed by the technology coordinator or test
administrator:
a) Restore Internet connection to the device
b) If the student has logged out, direct them to log in again
c) Submit the test
The Questar Server confirms response receipt and the test will exit on the
student’s device. Another student can now use the device.

Multi Student Edit details
This feature allows you to add accommodations to a group of
students at the same time
This edit function should only be used ONCE on a student (as a
group)
– Using multi-student edit a second time on a student will overwrite previous accommodations set
This edit function should be used when there are a group of
students with the same accommodation(s)
If one student has a unique accommodation, it is best to add that
accommodation at the individual student level
Note: If it is necessary at a later time to add a unique
accommodation to one student, this should not be done through the
multi-student edit page, but instead on the individual student’s page
